Friendly staff, but food is just ok. I ordered a Ribeye Steak but wasn’t that good, need salt and paper, also, has a bit sour taste. I asked forgravy, wasn’t good. Mash potatoes are not recommended missing taste. Good point of the dish was only vegetables .

We had very good service. Would not recommend the rib steak though. It was cooked perfectly but the quality of the steak was just not good. Loved their signature dishes though. Please buy better wine glasses. These Swiss Chalet glasses are bad for such a nice spot.

Had their Signature Amelia breakfast! It was Huge and massively gorgeous! I could not eat another bite after, I was full! What a breakfast to wake up to!

4 lbs of small sluggish wing for only $97 was a waste of money, it didnt even come with a dipping sauce or none was offered.
I had nachos a order of chicken and a order of beef was not impressed with these dishes and again no one asked if I wanted a dipping sauce.
I had 2 order of stakes and they botched that up serving 2 dried up over cooked medium rare ribeyes that were heavily over spiced and very salt with burned up mushrooms and onions and a bit of ceaser that had noting on the salad and a bit of boiled broccoli and a carrot.

Decided to eat in hotel as I couldn’t be bothered to go out driving and looking for a place. I looked at the menu online and when I came out to be seated found out more than half the menu wasn’t even available. I was stuck with either salads or burgers. I decided to get the smoked meat sandwich. It was advertised “piled high on marble rye”. It wasn’t piled high, the bread was thicker which wasn’t even rye bread! I ate as I was starving and not once did a server bother to come over and see how I was doing or how the food was.

Hotel with a restaurant on site should be a welcome bonus. Menu looked good, prices on the high end of reasonable. From there it was downhill. My stuffed chicken breast was awful. Kid’s meals and other menu items were passable at best. Didn’t realize a party of 6 automatically has a 15% tip added. That’s fine but when paying, the first prompt is for a tip and had to go to front desk to have it reversed. FFS. Stick with DoorDash.
