Stopped in on local recommendation. Not a good choice. Ordered a beef enchilada with lettuce, tomato and black olives. I’m not sure what the red sauce was. It tasted like tomato sauce with some hot sauce in it. It was cold when it arrived at the table. The chips included were even cold.
Ordered a chicken soft taco. Cold as well, the cheese didn’t even melt inside! Chicken was dry. Both tortillas were cold, not even heated!! One and done here… positive, staff was friendly and place was clean.

This place is too cute. Love the atmosphere and most of the staff was very nice, however, one fella on shift was very rude to the other employees. I could not work with someone so negative so kudos to them. Food of course was excellent!

My husband and I stopped in around 6pm to grab a quick bite to eat. The lady who took our order was nice. Inexpensive prices, but our food was not what we expected. Bean burritos are not burritos. A small flour tortilla folded as a taco with cold beans, cold tortilla, nothing was warm at all, and without the sour cream we ordered. We are passionate for Mexican food. This place was an absolute joke. El Taco, you should be ashamed.

Over the holidays, my family had the opportunity to enjoy a late lunch at El Taco and we had a very enjoyable experience. The service was good, the venue was clean, and the prices were very affordable. We will be returning!

Please do not visit this place thinking you’re going to get authentic Mexican food because that is not its purpose. It’s purpose is to serve Americanized Mexican adjacent comfort food. And it does that very well. You will find unique offerings here like the taco burrito or the tacolada. I chose the taco burrito and the spicy spuds. I got exactly what I was expecting in terms of food quality and taste. The service was good. The employees were nice and helpful. My only complaint was the ammonia or whatever they were using for cleaning the floors in the seating area was extremely strong and did not really allow me to try and enjoy my food. It was pretty overwhelming.

It’s one of our fave places to go in town for a quick and cheap bite to eat. The food always turns out great. I recommend the spuds and cheese. I have to add that their chicken strips are insanely huge and my kiddos favorite!

The food has gone downhill. Everything is either very bland or very overseasoned making it hard to eat. The place also smells highly of chemicals. I can appreciate a clean place but when the smell of ammonia is abundant while eating it interferes with being able to enjoy a meal.

I asked for fresh spicy spuds so they were crunchy and hot. They acted like they had a problem and I got cold ones. I couldn’t eat them because they were soggy and cold The nacho cheese was warmer than the potato! not recommended for any kind of non-attitude service thanks guys always help my craving.
