Called up to the store and tell them my problem and they was a smartbut. Bathrooms didn’t have soap in them and the hand sanitizer dispensers didn’t have hand sanitizer in them. The new guy screwed up my order and refused to fix it and then wouldn’t give me my Oreo blizzard until I asked him to. I said when he asked if I wanted it now I said “yes, I wanted it 10 minutes ago”.

We were staying the night in Nashville on the way to Ohio and went to the DQ for dinner. The gentleman who took our order was very polite and patient while everyone decided what they wanted. The food came out quickly and they brought it to our table like we were at restaurant with a wait staff. Customer service was top-notch!
