Pastrami special w/ extra pickles and a hint of extra pastrami is like the most glorified McDonald’s Double cheese burger w/ extra pickles, but healthy and better tasting Don’t be afraid to hang out in the greenhouse at a table to enjoy a their food also. I’ve done that plenty of times as well. Nobody is taking pics of their food and posting it on FB with you in the background.

DO NOT GO HERE. This establishment is owned by an extremely rude, disrespectful & uncaring older woman who does not treat her customers with any level of decency, kindness or courtesy. I had been going here for YEARS with my family, an avid mill #3 consumer, always enjoying the made to order sandwiches and balsamic glazes. This past Winter, we finally met the owner, and to my astonishment, she was nothing that we had expected. I was surprised to find an ornery, downright mean woman standing in place of what I had imagined to be a cute, loving, and caring individual. True shock is what we experienced at Mill #3, the day we met the person running it. After spending literal thousands of dollars at this establishment over the last decade, I will never step foot onto this property again. You couldn’t even pay me money to support this person & her awful demeanor. As a children’s teacher and yoga instructor, I believe kindness is the root of human support and compassion. I believe that you should honor the people that have always supported an establishment. I believe that when you do not respect the folks that support you, you’re disrespecting an entire community. Parker’s Maple Barn is close by, and has the same sort of gift shop quaint country vibes. go down the road and spend your money at a place that actually cares for its customers, and leave mill#3 off your list.

What a great little local store/deli. The deli sells Boars Head cold cuts and other home made salads. This place specializes in crafting their own Balsamic Vinegars. There’s also a little garden center attached to the store. Just outside of the garden center is a picnic area for you to sit and enjoy.

We ordered 2 sandwiches, the service was fast and the employees were friendly. The green house sitting area was beautiful and a nice place to eat. They had a good selection of drinks and fresh fruit as well as the deli options.

Love,love, love this place. I’ve lived in Westminster for a long time and I’ve never stopped at the Mill No.3 until recently. I’m happy to say that I’ve made up for my missed visits and have gone there many times in the past 6 months and will continue to. There deli sandwiches are incredible, the choices in food selection is great, and the outdoor plants are spectacular!!! I recently picked up a Jacobs Ladder that I absolutely love. Would highly recommend you stop in, even if it’s just to look! Great people!

This is a lovely and enchanting little store. You can eat lunch in a greenhouse with beautiful flowers overhead. Great sandwiches and salads for lunch. Tons of fresh fruit and vegetables. A wide selection of flowers. Homemade soap, jam, chocolates, vinegar. An infinite selection of tiny garden and home decorations.
