1st time at this location and I will definitely return. Nate was my server and he was very personable and made sure that my pizza came out to my liking. He really interacted with me as a customer and made my day. The pizza was great compliments to the cook as well.

First, we got the pizza after I had called and saying we been waiting extra 30 mins, they said it had just left and wouldn’t be cold, pizza got here was cold and not cooked all way. Wings had sauce on 3 of them and rest was bone dry, called again and was told they would replace it, after saying they would, get a phone call few mins later and didn’t have any more cheese sticks so had to fix another type of substitute, well that’s all good then pizza gets here after the second hour of ordering and we got two cheese pizza not what we ordered at all. Did give extra wings but one “fix” doesn’t make up for 50$ worth of mistakes. 3 hours of waiting for trash pizza again.

I ordered a pizza and wings for delivery. 50 minutes later I get a call from the delivery person that because he couldn’t get into my building he went to the store with my delivery. Why he didn’t call me when he was at my apartment never was answered. I ended up going to pick up my now cold food. I asked the person who identified himself as a manager if I could be reimbursed for the delivery fee since I picked up the food. The manager said he would reimburse me the whole order. He took my name and phone number and said he would call me when the amount was returned to my card. It never happened. $40.19 lost. I see why this place gets terrible ratings. Well deserved. Avoid

Placed a delivery order, estimated delivery time was 1:50, order arrived at 2:45. Needless to say it was lukewarm by the time it was delivered. I called to check on the delivery at around 2:20 since the app showed the delivery had gone out about 15 minutes prior and my home is about 8 minutes from the store. I was informed the delivery had been dispatched but that the driver was “kinda slow”. So the delivery was dispatched around 2:05, I live about 8 to 10 minutes from the store and the delivery arrived 40 minutes after dispatch… definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I wanted to say you can tell that this Pizza Hut is under new management the dough is fresh. The people are nice and friendly! Ashley went above and beyond to make sure I was happy I couldn’t get in touch with the store I kept going to a call center who wouldn’t help me which that’s the only part I don’t like but she apologized and helped me in anyway she could so for that I appreciate it! She’s awesome for that!!

I placed an order through the Pizza Hut app for delivery. I ordered a 2 liter Pepsi and a large pan with pepperoni, sausage, green peppers, and onions. I also ordered a large stuffed crust pizza with extra cheese and extra sausage.
After placing my order, I received a call from the store saying that the delivery would be delayed by at least an hour. I changed my ordered to pick up. I waited about 15 minutes before travelling to the location on Jon J Delaney Dr. When I got there, I was told that they were sold out of large pans. I was offered 2 medium pans. I accepted and waited another 15-20 mintues.
I requested that my order be altered because I paid $62.39 for a order that included a tip and delivery fee. It was now a pick up order.
When I returned to the store to pick up my order, I wasn’t offered any alternatives to what I paid.
In addition to overpaying for a pick up order, my order was wrong. I am attaching a picture of what I received. The 2 pan pizzas were made with beef and ham. I wanted pepperoni and sausage. I didn’t have the time to go back in the store to as for it to be corrected.

Thank you Nate!!! When I called to ask for my wings to be crispy, you assured me they would be. In addition to being some of the best wings I’ve had! Not one lie was told! Even with me arriving later than the eta all 80 of the wings were fresh and crispy. Thank you thank you for going the extra mile!

Gotta give it 5 stars because I was amazed at how good my pepperoni new Yorker was last night, and for just around $10. It tasted better than those expensive pizza places nearby that charge almost $30.

My family loves the pizzas. I use this facility to throw pizza parties at my adopted school in west Charlotte, Charles H Parker Academic Center. The children love the pizzas . A shout out to store manager Janie /Janice (oops ! )for always coming through to help me get those pizzas to the children. Star facility and yummy pizzas!
