I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star rating. I know not all subways are the same but I have worked in one so I know how it’s supposed to be done! While the guy was getting my boyfriend’s order the other coworker’s were interrupting him which was extremely rude! They only had flatbread and this was at 4pm. I understand things run out but again in the mornings they are supposed to thaw some out and cook them, as they will refill them! I decided to just go with a salad. I ciuldnt even get my salad the way I wanted it because they used the actual Togo salad bowl instead of putting all of it in a salad mixing bowl to chop it all up. They didn’t ask or even offer to chop it! So I had to bring it home and finish their job! They didn’t give me a fork or crackers either! I am so beyond ticked off! My salad I usually get the whole 9yards bc they are supposed to chop it up anyways. So basically due to their want of being lazy I didn’t get it the way I wanted and I didn’t want to make a scene in the store. But I hope they read every single word of this! Literally just chz, lettuce, very little spinach then chicken!

Why is subway hiding making their sandwiches after marketing it as a big thing to see your food made by their “sandwich artists”? This may not be a local store decision but it is a mistake. You should think about what they’re doing and why they’ve decided to hide your food.

Won’t allow online orders even though it’s one of the very few places still open 24hours for take out around here. Makes it seem like it’s not even part of the franchise if you can’t even order pick up. Get with the times random subway owner
