Gabby did an amazing job on my matcha today! The drink was made perfectly smooth, fresh, and tasted better than usual. You can really tell she cares about what she’s doing and puts effort into every order. Great energy and great service. Definitely made my day!

I just have to give a shout out to the employees at the Starbucks on Elm Street in Enfield, CT. They consistently make excellent coffee. The drinks are always perfectly balanced, never too sweet, never under sweetened, just really well made every single time. You can tell they truly know what they’re doing.
I don’t want to jinx it, but I’ve honestly never had a bad coffee from this location. The consistency and care really stand out, and it makes this Starbucks my go to. Huge appreciation to the team for doing such a great job.

I had an incredible experience at the Starbucks located at 103 Elm Street in Enfield, CT. From the moment I walked in, the staff was extremely welcoming and courteous. They greeted EVERY customer with a smile and made sure to wish everyone a great day as they exited — such a refreshing level of service!
The real standout, though, was the Assistant Manager on duty. She was absolutely amazing — full of energy, positive, and clearly invested in both her team and the customers. I witnessed her handle a mobile order issue with genuine care. A customer had ordered something that was out of stock, and she personally engaged with him, offering either a refund or an alternative. The customer chose the alternative, and not only did she prepare it herself, but when she handed it off, she said, “I appreciate you,” followed by his name. It was such a personal and thoughtful touch — truly above and beyond.
Highly recommend this location. It’s clear that this team takes pride in their work and values every person who walks through the door. A+ experience!

Pls make the yuzu pastry a permanent item I also got the Dubai choc bite which as tad too sweet but the Dubai choc flavor is there. Dubai choc matcha was also too sweet but good flavor. Strawberry matcha was too sweet & strawberry flavor is a tad too overpowering.

Went in and asked for a seasonal pick me up…employees choice. Jake suggested a peppermint mocha with 2 espresso shots .I mentioned wanting non dairy and he made it with oat milk. I appreciate the personal service and his taking time to answer my questions. I’ll be back!

They charge me a different price for the same coffee every time I drive through. Makes me wonder, are the coffee baristas making up their own price on the fly? Is the training not consistent? I remember when you could buy just a simple coffee and it was so good and strong. Now you have to add a shot of espresso with an up-charge to get that same strong cup of coffee. I do love their variety, but overall, Starbucks is not the same great coffee it used to be.

Usually they’re pretty good here . But the boy on the drive thru today to busy trying to rush me he didn’t hear me say cream . Then I get to the window he’s making comments about my drink and laughing . I received a cup of Caramel . A waste, lucky I have work . Or I would went inside and had them remake it .

today was very very busy. holiday season has started ! but ordering online is much more efficient then waiting in that line !!! except I ordered a parfait and paid for it to find out they didnt have it in stock. I’m pregnant and I was really hoping for that parfait. kinda disappointed. they should make sure the app stays up to date if your paying ahead.

This Starbucks it is my fav on the area of Enfield, the entire team is extremely friendly with everybody all the time, due I’m a resident in Enfield and is close I use this location for weekend beverages, or short travel too.
I was asked personally a couple of times how was my experience on the store by the manager, or I believe that were.
It busy in rush hour, so I highly recommend to order in advance if you need it in short time, also to pick it and dont use the drive-thru, if you have patient you can just stop by and youll be attended pretty nice, the also have a lot of merchandise and available coffee and coups and mugs.
I do recommend to visit this star bucks 100%.
