I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing Starbucks crew at 7855 Blue Diamond Rd—Jaime, Krys, Malia, Trevor, Mae, and Izzy. I stop by almost every morning before work, and it’s always great to be greeted with warm smiles, an awesome atmosphere, and the fact that they make awesome drinks every time. I truly appreciate how they remember our names. Definitely a 5-star team!

This is my go to Starbucks location which is close to where I live. The staff is always super friendly here and quick with the service. My espresso is always hot and tasty. I got a sausage sandwich today, which I rarely get. The store is always clean and the biggest compliment is they stay open late here. Thank you for that! Happy Holidays!

I don’t know what it is this Starbucks but my hot drinks always taste so burned and bitter I’m constantly having to just throw them away. This doesn’t happen at any other Starbucks idk what they are doing at this location.

I used to go to Starbucks every single day at one point, and I would always get my infamous “Carmel Macchiato!” I had stopped going though for several different reasons, and began to try Dutch Bros!
Being that Starbucks is closer than Dutch Bros, I find myself still going every now and again. Now since I know EXACTLY what a Caramel Macchiato looks like and taste like, it’s safe to say they literally put milk and creamer into this cup with ice, caramel drizzle, and vanilla cold foam! Caramel Macchiatos have espresso shots in them and are strong! This was just sweet, and literally taste like 2% milk and whatever creamer they used!
Nonetheless, I once again will not be returning back to Starbucks. The amount of money they charge for these subpar beverages is ridiculous! ONTOP of them acting like they do not know how to make a Caramel Macchiato!
I will be back for a refund of today’s recent purchase! I couldn’t even finish the drink cause it just tastes like sugar milk and creamer!

This location does not do drinks the other locations do. Best advice go somewhere else. Management team here is condescending and not n-accommodating. Avoid at all costs. Especially Trevor. They need training in customer management.

As a die-hard Starbucks fan for over two decades, I have to say this location on Blue Diamond in Las Vegas is one of my absolute favorites! Megan, the manager, went above and beyond with her hospitality, helping me choose the perfect coffee mug. Her service was truly phenomenal and made me feel like a valued customer. The store is always impeccably clean, and the staff is warm and friendly. Whenever I’m in town, I make it a point to visit this location. Five stars all the way!

I normally stop at the blue diamond and buffalo location every night to pick up my drink before going to work, and I am very happy with my usual barista, James. Every single time I show up he has such a pleasant attitude and very friendly with all customers. I live 50 miles away from Vegas and every time I place my order he has it ready when I pick up and the way he makes my drinks are always perfect! it’s amazing when employees go above and beyond when they take care of customers and let me tell you this young man not only seems to care for his customers, but he also exceeds all expectations on making drinks to perfection!! Thank you!!
