I just left this place tonight picking up a curbside order. I live 5 mins away so I was there in no time. Food came out cold and hard as a rock. The chicken tenders were dark and extra extra crispy that we could not eat them. Cheddar bites were just as hard and literally about 10 in the container seems as if they had been sitting all day! Lastly my Fries were soggy and I just throwed it all away. I’ve been to this establishment several times and never been so disappointed. They should have never passed off any food like this to me tonight

Told me the chicken had 3 minutes to cook, and I pulled me. I’ve been sitting here since 9:45pm minutes. The lobby is closed so I can not go in for my food. It’s a grilled salad. SMH Update! The whole store is closed now, and I’m still waiting on my order after being pulled. I had to call them store and tell them them to bring my food out.

It was so load you couldnt hear the cashier nor could she hear us correctly. She asked for a name. I told her and even spelled it out and she still misspelled it. Went to get our drinks and the machine and counter was nasty. Sat down and the windows and booth was dirty. The booth table looked like it was wiped down but there was still crumbs. Got our food and when there was crumbs on the tray. We had salads and wanted thousand island for one and she gave us a vinaigrette. I took the packet up to exchange it with zaxbys thousand island and she told that is what it was. I said really? I would not think a vinaigrette would pass as a creamy dressing. She said yes its like thousand island. Opened it and of course its not. Its like Italian dressing.
