I really loved the great service. Food was mid. I wanted to have the chiles rellenos but the waiter encouraged me (and I noticed the same at the next table) to get the poblanos. Once I tasted the poblanos I could taste the freezer burn and figured they were trying to get it gone before it had to be thrown out.

We rolled in 25 people deep last night, 05/20 (we had a reservation and paid for the party room prior) because it was Kindergarten graduation for 2 of our Littles & had a lot of family and friends in attendance. With that said, service was very very slow. Taking all factors into consideration, they knew we were coming and they knew it was graduation night. Some things they may not have anticipated is how busy the rest of the restaurant was going to be because that place was packed! To no fault of their own because the staff were all busting their butts, we were there for a fairly long time. Even so, the food was phenomenal. I didn’t hear one person complain about anything that was ordered including the salsa, cheese dip and all entres. I absolutely would recommend this place and it’ll be my regular spot when I’m visiting family. Only lost a star because anticipating it was going to be a very busy night, I feel like management should have staffed a little bit better, providing quicker service for patrons as well as less of a strain on their team.

A terrible experience and place to dine. The waiters attitude and customer service was completely unacceptable. To call a customer a liar over what they ordered, with multiple witnesses at the table is terrible and we will never be returning! The waiters name was Louis and needs to be fired as soon as possible so this doesn’t happen to others. An absolute terrible dining experience and we will not be returning to this place ever again!

The service was terrible we had a party of 13 visiting from out of town. Ordered our food, when the food was delivered one of the plates had red sauce on it and the waiter had been told multiple times no red sauce. Half of the table heard him tell him no red sauce. It wasn’t a matter of someone not liking red sauce the customer has terrible stomach ulcers and cannot eat it. He told the waiter it was wrong and the waiter said he did not tell him he didnt want red sauce and he would make another plate but he would have to pay for both. Paying for 2 plates was not gonna happen so he was told no to making another. He practically stood in the customers face saying over and over he did not tell him that calling him a liar. Needless to say this ALMOST resulted in a physical confrontation. But we chose to walk out instead. I couldnt tell you if the food was good or not because we were so stressed half of us didn’t eat. We will NEVER go there again. TERRIBLE WAITER RUDE WAITER and totally UNPROFESSIONAL! The manager did make another plate but it was after all the damage was done and we were leaving.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE SERVCE!!!! I can’t fairly comment on the food because the server was rude and disrespectful to a point I didnt eat it! Highly DO NOT reccomend!!! Awful atmosphere!!!
