Little over priced for the selection. The food was ok. We are from Texas and our Mexican food just hits different. The waitress was ok until she added gratuity to our order.it was just My wife, me and 2 kids (8&11) a party of 4… the Pina agua Fresca was not good couldn’t taste any pineapple.. we shared the Alambre. It was good. Filled both of us up and the kids got 2 kids meals 1 burger and 1 nuggets. We also had the queso. Now that was good as well. But bill came out to $80 with just that.

Complimentary chips and salsa are top notch, seriously some of the best. We tried the veg tacos, chicken soup, and nopal salad.
The veg tacos were super yummy and flavorful. The chicken soup was really good too, with huge pieces in the soup, and it comes with tortillas on the side. I do wish it had a little more spice, but honestly no complaints, I still enjoyed it a lot.
The nopal salad was my first time trying it and I had mixed feelings about it. Maybe it’s just something I need to get used to, but it wasn’t my favorite compared to the other items.
Staff was cool, service was fast, and overall this place is a must visit in Frisco.

This place is authentic Mexican food. The chips were amazing. Definitely go here. You will love the food and friendly atmosphere. I wasn’t expecting much from outside but inside is bright and food is the best.

We almost ate Mexican food in Breckenridge but decided to try this place instead. We loved it!
We were seated quickly and brought out a wonderful salsa with chips that seemed like they were a mixture of flour and corn. The chips were thick but had a lovely flavor. A great place for chips and salsa!
My wife ordered a variety of street tacos and I went with the Alambres at the waitress suggestion. Everything was very good, although my wife did have to pick some fat out of her tacos.
It’s a definitely a place we would go back to. Authentic Mexican food with a hearty flavor.

Authentic flavors, unique for the area, lots of mouth watering options to chose from. I had to order the banana wrapped chicken tamales and steak and pork quebraditas. My girlfriend got the mole chicken enchiladas.
Staff cooks lower sodium that most restaurants which was refreshing (and also helped my blood pressure).

Great food, friendly attentive service. I have spent a lot of time in Oaxaca and this is the only restaurant I’ve been to in the states that offers authentic Oaxaca cuisine. Looking forward to trying some of the other options on the menu.
