My friend and I were looking for places to eat when I stumbled upon this place and I had really been craving pho so we decided to try it out. We got to the restaurant around 6:30 pm and left at I believe 7:30 or 8 pm. We were sat immediately which was amazing they also got our order fairly quick; the food came out almost immediately after that but as the night continued I felt like they were rushing me out the door, I had to ask for a refill of my water and for a to go container, although I had you have to get up and ask one of the employees. When I was asking the employee she kept telling me to pay for my bill even though I wasn’t finished with my meal. Furthermore, I was the only table being treated that way, every other table they got their refills and anything else they needed without asking.

Will we be coming here for a long time. Always a good food at this place, the pho is awesome, The vermicelli and sandwiches are on point. My kids love the egg rolls and top off the meal with the little boba or iced coffee and you’re in business for dinner.

i hardly make food reviews, but i was really disappointed with this place left a really bad taste in my and im not talking about the food. servers and people were laughing and making fun of a disabled man. Obviously you could tell that he was autistic, and just being himself and talking to the servers not doing any harm to anybody else. and the servers and workers were laughing at him, mimicking and mocking how he spoke and and speaking amongst themselves. very unprofessional and disgusting !!! you all should be ashamed of yourselves .

This place has good customer service, amazing pho and rolls. I spent $70 for what’s in the picture + 1 more lemonade soda; note, the size of my pho was XL ☺️. We enjoyed it very much and recommend this as a great family spot.

I always enjoy eating at Pho Island, the service is fast and friendly and although I was missing some items like mint on my egg rolls, I get it inflation can get the best of us. Nonetheless, I usually get the pho, egg rolls and fried rice. I did notice the special of the dayyyy, it was a oxtail pho version, yall know I had to give it a try. The broth was extremely delightful not too salty just perfect. The oxtail, needed to be cooked longer, it was as tender as I would have liked it but overall this is my go to spot when in the area!

Came here for dinner a few weeks back. I had order the combination pho, if I’m not mistaken it’s a small size or it could just be one size. Pho is good, plenty of meat, good broth and it has a solid flavor. It’s not the best pho I’ve ever had in my life, but it’s good none the less. When you don’t have to add any soy sauce or fish sauce then it’s a solid soup in my opinion. I had also ordered the egg rolls as well, with how skinny they are; they looked more like lumpia’s to me. Flavor wise they were okay in my opinion. If you’re coming by with other people it’s much cheaper to order the bigger portion of egg rolls compared to the two piece I had ordered. Customer service is good, the folks working here are friendly and the food came out pretty fast. It was slow as well, but with pho it should be coming out pretty quick. Overall my dinner that evening was pretty good, I would come back here again for pho.

The restroom is clean for both men and women, so there is 1 for the overall cleanest of the restaurant. The customer service is okay. The food looks good, not too bad, and that earns another 1 . But with that being said, I would like to address that at the time I eat there, they were out of most of the stuff to add into the pho, such as fish sauce, jalapeños, and a few more stuff. My pho didn’t really taste that great, according to me, because im a pho lover, and I know when I have that pho that’s make my taste bud dance. I would have rate this restaurant above 3 but it fell short on the taste and the stuff to put in the pho.

I’m sure their pho is delicious; it smelled wonderful inside the restaurant. There was a good sized lunchtime crowd. I ordered vegetarian spring rolls to go. The rolls had only lettuce, rice noodles and tofu inside and the taste was bland. The peanut sauce was also unimpressive compared to others. It lacked the expected rich flavor, and the texture was almost grainy, not smooth. Some carrots or other veggies or basil leaves would have given the spring roll the usual delicious taste. I definitely would not recommend their spring rolls but I would give their pho a try.
