Tried this place for dinner the other night and it exceeded my expectations. The ambiance was gorgeous. The cocktails were delicious. We tried the strawberry aperol spritz, the blueberry lemon drop, the pistachio martini and the salted caramel martini. The Mediterranean salad was huge and ingredients were so fresh. I absolutely loved the Italian nachos app and the Philly cheesesteak sandwich. Those are definitely a must try. Also do not skip their dessert. The rainbow cookie tartufo was incredible. Highly recommend tasting room for a date night , girls night or just to go have some dinner. 10/10 !!!

Went the other night for dinner with my mom. We both enjoyed every bite. Loved the low lighting elegant ambience! Cocktails were delicious. Thai disco fries, lobster mac & cheese eggrolls, lemon pesto pasta, tuna blt, dessert… can’t go wrong with anything on this unique menu. Definitely go & enjoy!

I came to the Tasting Room earlier this week and to say my experience was extraordinary is an understatement. Kevin behind the bar was an absolute sweetheart.
Now on to what everyone is here to know. We ordered a bunch of things to share and everything was a hit. The queso dip was great, but the Italian Nachos blew my mind and I need to come back and have them again.
On to the entrees, we had the Tri Colored lasagna. With this pasta dish you need to take everything you know about lasagna and throw it out the door. Whoever thought about deep frying it needs the biggest raise in history and the three sauces we’re all delicious. The Lemon Pesto Pasta was also divine, the flavors came together so well and that fresh pasta is something I need in my life.
The desserts were amazing. We had the Reese’s peanut butter pie and the horchata tartaric. I also need these back in my life asap. The old fashion and espresso martinis were also delicious.
I hope nothing but the best for the owner of this place, they will go very far.

I had a such a GREAT experience at The Tasting Room. The curated menu really stood out everything felt thoughtfully selected. I did a flight of wines, which was a perfect way to sample a variety, and each pour complemented the food.
The lobster egg roll was one of my favorites it tasted incredibly GOOD! and the jambalaya was so well seasoned, perfect amount of spice comforting without being overwhelming. You can tell a lot of care goes into both the food and wine selections. We also tried the burger and the jerk chicken they were also cooked perfectly The cheese board was a great addition too, with a really nice variety that paired well with the wine.
The vibe is relaxed yet elevated, making it an easy spot to enjoy a casual night out or something a little more special. I’ll definitely be back!!

Decided to check this place out with my sister on a Friday night. Our server Valerie was super helpful and suggested everything we got!! Lobster eggrolls, short rib ravioli and horchata truffle dessert. The food was to die for and I’m excited to come back with more friends and family. Great service!!!

New spot on Main Street is incredible!! Got a bottle of wine, birria empanadas, burrata arugula salad, brie burger and jerk chicken. Every dish was so delicious and the perfect portion size. Amazing place for date night or dinner with friends or family. Next time would love to meet the Chef while enjoying my delicious meal! Also love that they get your birthday and offer free bottle of wine on your birthday to get you back in the door. I can’t wait to come back for more.

Omg. Got the chimichurri steak and the Thai fries to split with my friend. We are both celiac and both of these things work really well with our diet. The exploding flavor in both dishes…..wow. The creamsicle drink and the blueberry lemon drop was also so tasty. Dangerous!!! Definitely will be going back!

The Tasting Room in Farmingdale never disappoints. The atmosphere is cozy but still feels upscale, perfect for a date night or girls’ dinner. The drinks are crafted so well, and you can tell they really care about quality ingredients. The food was amazing — everything came out fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was super attentive without being overbearing. Definitely one of my favorite spots in Farmingdale!

I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I genuinely love trying new restaurants, and this visit was especially disappointing because it took away from something I usually enjoy. I gave this restaurant a try because it’s a new place I had recently spotted, and unfortunately, the experience was far from positive.
The service was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uneducated about their own menu. I specifically requested no pork due to an allergy yet my meal still came out with pork. When I pointed it out, I was told they didn’t know they couldn’t separate the items, which is unacceptable for a restaurant.
To make matters worse, I was served a soda in a dirty glass with visible lipstick stains from a previous customer. I didn’t even realize until I was almost halfway done drinking. This raised serious concerns about cleanliness and sanitation.
The situation was handled very unprofessionally. They only compensated my portion of the meal, despite multiple issues, and showed little accountability or concern. Overall, the experience was nasty and disappointing. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
* In addition: The restaurant was empty besides 4 other people which makes this experience even more unacceptable. There was no reason for poor service or carelessness. Serving a visibly used cup is a major health violation and shows a complete disregard for customer safety. Proper sanitation is the bare minimum, and this restaurant failed to meet it. Diseases spread so fast and this was absolutely disgusting.
