I recently ordered wings from this restaurant through DoorDash because I wanted to try something new. When my order arrived, I opened the ranch dressing and unfortunately found a strand of hair inside it. This was extremely disappointing and concerning from a food safety standpoint.
I immediately called the restaurant to report the issue. During my first call, the phone was disconnected while I was attempting to locate my order number. I called back twice more, and although I was told the disconnection was accidental, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive rather than attentive to the seriousness of the concern.
While I will say that the food itself tasted good, the overall experience was overshadowed by the lack of professionalism and the hygiene issue. Situations like this should be handled with care, accountability, and proper customer service, especially when it involves food safety.
I hope management is made aware of this experience so it can be addressed appropriately and prevented in the future.

Went for the first time on a Sunday. I guess we were served leftovers from (not yesterday) but last week. My corn looked nothing like the above picture. The chicken was very dry. Cole slaw was dry and disappointing as well. The dipping sauce waa watered down and bland. If I try this business again (based on reviews there is potential) I would try a different location

Placed my order at 9:37pm received confirmation food was ready at 9:47pm arrived at location at 9:53pm why are you closed already!?!?!? Where is my food????? Why does it state on ur door that u are open until 11pm and even though google says 10pm I was still here before 10pm SO WHY ARE YOU CLOSED TOOK MY ORDER AND I AM NOW HAVING TO WASTE MY TIME LEAVING THIS REVIEW WITHOUT MY FOODIN IN MY HANDS!?!?!?!? First time try. Had coupons from the mail. N this economy use em. And paid for em. Service was really nice they have a kiosk to order. But I did not c how 2 add coupon. So the staff took it. Wait time for fresh boneless was about 15 mins not bad considering they were doing other orders. I am snacking on. Lemon Pepper. & Honey BBQ.nice and spicy. Mac N Cheese is ok. Had to add pepper like I like it. So far so good. Will probably visit again. With or without coupon. Good Job. BTW. Very clean dining area with fountain drinks and a sticky note wall for comments.

Wing Snob is hands down one of the best wing spots around. The wings were fresh, saucy, and perfectly cooked, with great flavor options. Vaish made the experience even better with outstanding service, friendliness, and attention to detail. Highly recommend stopping here every time. Prices were fair and portions generous.

This has quickly become my favorite wing place. I used to go to BWW because that’s all I really knew, but after discovering wing snob, this is the only place I’ll go from now on. The service is great. The employees even offer free samples on occasion so you can try new things. I highly highly recommend, you will not regret it.
