Ordered a burrito bowl online. Picked it up at the store on State avenue. Got home realized it was the wrong order. Try to call store but got the computer instead of a person. the computer kept repeating itself over and over again Looks like you’re trying to cancel the order. Got there asked to speak to the manager she said there was nothing she could do for me because it was ordered online. I told her I had called several times in the computer continues to repeat itself. I said you should be able to do something for me either give me my money back or make my bowl and I deserve some type of comp like chips or something. Mind you I drove all the way home and had to come back. Young lady that was working the drive-thru said you were right it was the wrong order. The manager says there’s nothing I can do we don’t give comps and you have an attitude. I told her that you need to do something. She got angry threw the bowl in the trash and said she was not going to give me any money or a new order get out your trespassed. She proceeded to call the police, the customers that were inside were confused because it escalated very fast. And I had never raised my voice cursed called her name I just was requesting the service that I paid for The police came Gardner and Gray. They said that she wants to trespass me that’s what she can do. They said if I would have left that wouldn’t have been trespassed but I’m not running from anyone because I did nothing wrong. Why would I run. Besides she said she was going to show them the tape. So I stayed so they can see the tape and see how unprofessional and unbalanced she was. These managers that call the police on customers because they don’t want to do what’s right need to be held accountable. The young lady lied and said that I yelled and was aggressive
However the employee there said I wasn’t in any way aggressive or rude. This store has 2 stars so that lets you know how bad the service is! If you provide the right service there will be no issue! When you make a mistake you admit it! This manager needs a great deal of training and a moral compass! The police need to hold these people countable for their behavior.

There are no hygiene protocols at this place.

i placed an online order and was early for pickup and waited and saw my order being prepared, before the worker started preparing my order, she started cleaning trash and didnot change gloves before preparing my order and handed over to me. manager was called and her response was “we dont follow any protocols”. and no action / report was filed against worker even after request.

so if you get ill after getting an order from here, you know who is the culrpit.

I cannot stand this chipotle. They never ever have the meat I want and the staff are always so rude. They were out of steak so I asked for barbacoa on my bowl and she puts 4 large chucks of meat on it? Not one piece was shredded and that’s why I wanted the barbacoa. I got home and none of the meat she put in it was edible. I don’t like fatty pieces and that’s all they were. I asked her for maybe a little more meat or to swap it out for smaller chucks and she said I would have to be charged for double protein? I’m not even eating the meat I DID get! I’ve never been charged more for not getting enough in the first place. Mfy boyfriends burrito had maybe 4 bites of meat in it? So now we are enjoying cold rice and sour cream with no meat. Very disappointed. Do better. Never eating here again

Food is alright-ish rice IS usually crunchy for some reason. Which is strange. Service is crazy because I always get told ‘we’re out of guacamole’ even though I see it right there. The last time the guy had gross gloves he kept putting in his pocket to use his phone. And when I brought this to management’s attention they took all business cards away which is why I’m hear now. If you dont want people discretely telling you about you store you’ll find it here. Atmosphere is wild because theres usually a homeless person or 2 stationed in there, all tables dirty otherwise, and just filthy over all. Hate to have to do this. But personal excellency is the key to successful business. I’ve watched many businesses run through that exact building there and its always because theres some nonsense. So I hope one day a successful business will make its way through that property. But this is the dotte…. soooo….

It’s always a gamble with this chipotle. I always order ahead and have to check my food everytime before I leave, which is inconvenient with a burrito bowl because of the mess it can make when you open/close the lid. If I come here 4 times in one month, guaranteed the food is wrong at least 3 times. Even when I do get the right order, the rice always tastes like I’m eating little pebbles. I love the location of this chipotle for convenience, but I feel like it’s better for me to make the extra drive to another chipotle. I have already reached out to chipotle customer service multiple times for getting the wrong food and this place never changes.

Hit or miss with quality, freshness and flavor, especially if ordering ahead. Meat is nearly non-existent. Rice is old and hard. Toppings are skimpy. Temperature of food is rarely warm, let alone hot. (I’m usually there ahead of when it’s stated to be ready or exactly on time.) Drinks, specifically the canned water is room temperature when I was there last. It has been quite some time since I visited this location and I quickly remembered why. I try to avoid this location with online ordering but every blue moon, end up here due to convenience and that minimal amount of the time that I do visit, a very small percentage is online and other times I go inside. The frequency of visiting, once again, isn’t often. The goal going forward is to not go back at all, regardless of convenience.

I usually don’t have a problem with chipotle, I just get the usual burrito bowl n such. Though this time, this time was different. I went in thinking, “I’ll switch it up and get a burrito today.” So I get a burrito and as the young woman handling my precious burrito starts wrapping it, I’m a bit taken back. It seems as though the burrito wasn’t being fully rolled and folded, just smooshed together. I’m not really one to be very confrontational and I didn’t think this would be a big deal honestly. Wrong, I was so wrong. I get home and my burrito is no longer a burrito, it’s a tortilla accompanied by fillings. Rice, beans, sofritas, all falling out of the tortilla. All I feel in that moment is sadness. I hope the woman learns to make a burrito properly so that nobody else has to experience their burrito going through the same hardship that my burrito did.

Food is a hit or miss sometimes with flavor and quantity. You ask for something extra and they throw a fit. They’re very rude when you ask them to do THEIR job. The younger people are nicer and better with food quantity. If I ask for double chicken I expect double since it is an extra charge. Two older Mexican ladies one blonde and other brunette are so rude and always talking smack in Spanish. They take portions way too seriously barely give any food like it comes out of their pockets which is sad since you’re paying $10-13 for a bowl. You talk to them and they ignore you cause they’re too busy gossiping with the people at the drive thru.

The chicken has been way too spicy lately. My kids and wife noticed the same thing. And they keep dragging the burrito wraps across the counter and edges of the burrito slide under the pans, it just seems unsanitary to me to slop them around. Also items are getting mixed in with other food items from slopping them around. I know they are working hard and are in a hurry to keep the line clear… but standards are everything. If the food tastes completely different from overseasoning and cross food mixture. The manager needs to step in and watch an evening shift and show them how its done right. Thank you!
