Amazing homemade icecream. Lots of flavors, generous servings, fair prices and friendly staff. Delicious. Bright and clean space with tables and accessible bathroom. It’s fantastic. Wish they were closer to our home town!

We are visiting from Texas and ran across this little Ice Cream shop and man we were not disappointed. The ice cream was smooth and creamy and super awesome. My sis lactose intolerant and had the mango water ice and said it was like eating a fresh mango. Anyone visiting or passing through Absecon shouldn’t miss this little Gem.

I had high hopes for this place as they advertise Homemade Icecreams. I expected all the ingredients to be fresh, organic, natural, quality ice cream that I can put in a milkshake. It was disappointing and slightly misleading when I immediately walk in and see gallons and gallons of the flavoring syrups right behind the counter. ALL with the first ingredient being HIGH FRUCTOSE CORN SYRUP! When I went to the front I asked for a vanilla/chocolate milkshake. The girl was very nice and asked if I liked the milkshake thicker or thinner, I chose thinner so she advised me to go with the soft serve ice cream. She then asked if I wanted the vanilla and chocolate syrup mixed in or vanilla with chocolate syrup. I wanted a vanilla AND chocolate softserve that was mixed…no syrups. So I really was taken back that this was the normal way they make black and white milkshakes… She said without the syrup, it would just taste like milk….. We got the milkshake and it tasted like straight up chocolate syrup, too sweet. I understand things come in syrup form and you use it for flavoring but for a simple vanilla and chocolate you shouldn’t have to resort in using syrups to get the flavoring. Please work on more organic options, so many other ice cream parlors are able to achieve this so it would be nice to see this place offer the same!

Ordered an ice cream cake for my husband last weekend. It was perfect! So delicious. We had a choice of flavors and the vanilla peanut butter swirl layer against the chocolate layer with the cookie crunch between was heaven! We ordered too much, but no worries. We are still chipping away at the last few pieces and loving the leftovers every night.

All the staff were pretty nice, I absolutely love the atmosphere inside, and the ice cream is pretty good with plenty of flavors to choose from!! I will say though it is a bit on the pricey side for ice cream, but I’d say it’s worth it for such a cute little spot!

I am ice cream lover. I eat ice cream almost every day after my dinner or before going to bed. This is one of my favorite place because of they have fresh ice cream and they made it from natural fruits. Taste of ice cream is so delicious. However, they don’t accept cards. They only accept cash. I love their orange pineapple and chickoo ice cream. They have space if someone want to eat outside. They also give ice cream for tasting.

Cute ice cream shop with a variety of flavors.
Lindy Hops was busy, with a line out the front door, but service was fast. My sundae was delicious and fairly priced. The server was accommodating and patient with my questions.
The atmosphere inside had a cool 1950’s vibe with neon pink walls. The building itself is small, but there’s ample parking due to its proximity to ShopRite and seating to eat outside.
Pictured is pistachio-cashew ice cream with bananas, wet walnuts, and caramel. Pistachio-cashew also comes in a sugar free variety. There’s a good selection of sugar free ice cream overall.
