Me, my MIL, and my husband came to this Mcdonalds as a treat. There are 0 humans running the counter. at all. They are ALL in the back. I tried to ask for some sauce and salt- I was given A SINGLE salt packet and one of the other 2 sauces I asked for. Why have a counter if you are going to ignore your customers?

This a really slow Mcdonalds. It may just be they haven’t figure out a good staff situation yet or that they just don’t care.
Food is not kept fresh. Fries are cold minutes after getting them.
Burgers are just shoved into boxes, and put in a bag.
Management is not paying any attention to what is going on around them.

First time at the new McDonald unfortunately it was not great. Ordered online at 12:30. Arrived at McDonald’s around 12:40 and gave code in drive-through. Made it to the drive-through window and waited for 2 to 4 minutes before being told to pull forward to the pick up window. We waited at the pull forward window for another 2 to 4 minutes before being given our food. Upon looking at our food, the order was wrong. I had asked for burgers with ketchup and mustard only and it came with pickles and onions on them. Simple mistake, easily fixable. I then proceeded to take my food inside where I was not attended to for five minutes, and I made eye contact with several employees and overheard them talking about how there was somebody at the front desk. I then explained my situation and was not apologized to, they went back and got my new order which was wrong again because they only brought back one burger and not two. Again, I was not apologize to and it took another 10 minutes before I got my food back. I went outside and got in my car Where the guy who had served me, came back out and asked me if we had ordered another meal. It is now 1256 and I have just now finished leaving McDonald’s for a drive thru mobile order

Mobile order, they did not have what I ordered, said they could not refund me, told me to go through app for refund but couldn’t show me how. I went in and the manager, Vanessa, is incredibly rude and condescending. She kept telling me to go thru the app with a loud voice, cutting me off when I was talking, would not tell me where to find it, again refused to refund me and when it could not be found on the app either wouldn’t direct me on how to get a refund. I eventually left and called corporate office who said it takes 3-4 months to get a refund, so she would send me a gift card instead. It’s been a month and never received that either. Corporate said this is one of 34 McDonald’s owned by them in the area. I guess avoid all of them? Idk but it was terrible and they still have my money.

I have always had a problem with my orders. Even if I order on the app, I got there had to wait and pulled over. My order finally came out and it was all cold. How is that possible. And another time I ordered on the app it took so long I went in. My order was sitting there waiting for someone to bring it out to me. I said it won’t happen again. I haven’t been back.

Extremely slow and rude. I won’t be using this McDonalds again. Ford was thrown together after a very long wait. We were told that they were sorry, the drive through had gotten busy…… so why is our food slow?
