The club is delicious! Tried the celebration cookie too and it did not disappoint. Fast service and the order came out right even with the adjustments i made to the sandwich. Interior was clean and well kept. Highly recommend this location.

We go to this location because it’s close to our home and have noticed that their Customer service is normally terrible and the wait time is always long. Today I placed a to go order today to avoid having to wait so long, and it was ready once we got there, but once i got home my sandwich was missing cheese, bacon and tomato (I ordered the club on a sub with light lettuce, light tomato and No onion) my receipt even says it that way. I called them and the girl on the phone wasn’t pleasant and said she would remake it even though on their end it said no onion and no cheese, I said ok my receipt says otherwise and even then, where’s my bacon and tomato? It’s fine they remade it and took the first sandwich up there. I get all the way back home and realize they left out the bacon. Sure, seems stupid but not with prices being as high as they are and still paid $7 for a tiny sandwich I can eat in 2 bites. Fast food is always going to have this type of reputation and I get that, I’ll make sure to always check my food before I leave.

I come here often with my boyfriend. Usually we do online orders, but we didnt today. I did not write a review before because I assumed it was just an issue with online ordering, but thats not the case. Every time we order, the food is completely wrong and slathered in mayo. Today, I ordered a Firehouse Hero sandwhich with no tomatoes, add olive and pickles. I got a soggy sandwhich that was falling apart, none of the toppings I asked for and it had so much mayo on it. I took it back inside and the employee was very nice and remade it for me. I understand that mistakes happen, but everytime we go its like this. Its incredibly frustrating, especially when we are in a rush. This location is honestly the best in the area, although the competition isnt fierce. Most of the firehouse locations In macon will give you food poisoning and are nasty. This location is very clean and nice inside compared to russel or watson.

Hubby & I decided 2 grab 2 subs for dinner & a couple of drinks for date night. His sandwich was absolutely PEFECT! I bit into mine and MY MOUTH WAS LITERALLY IN FLAMES. I LITERALLY RECEIVED A JALAPENO SANDWICH!! Sure mistakes can happen,no problem with that part. Hubby calls up there as I’m gargling milk in my mouth. Spoke with KIMBERLY who stated she is A GENERAL MANAGER (which just can’t be possible with her tone) As I listen to Hubby explain the mistake in preparing my sandwich on SPEAKER PHONE. KIMBERLY cuts him off in mid sentence and says WE WILL NOT DO A REMAKE! It’s bad enough my sandwich was A LEGAL INFERNO AND THE 4.4 MILE TRIP TO RETURN IT. HOW DARE YOU KIMBERLY TREAT “FREQUENT” PAYING CUSTOMER’S LIKE SUCH! I WILL DEFINITELY BE CONTACTING YOUR CORPORATE OFFICE TO REPORT YOUR EXTREME BAD BEHAVIOR!!!!! AND A REMAKE OF MY SUB FROM A DIFFERENT FIREHOUSE LOCATION!!!

The sandwiches were delicious, as always. The staff was really friendly and our large order was entirely correct. The only issue I had was that the food was not ready for pick-up at the time it was scheduled for. As I was waiting, it was clear that drive-thru takes precedence over customers inside the store, even with an online order ahead of time.

Ordering through this Firehouse in the drive through is always difficult. They can’t hear and don’t respond well.
We ordered 2 soups. Both were half full. No crackers were included.
Food is expensive enough to purchase but to get home and find half full soup is super irritating.

BY FAR the best Firehouse I’ve been to (and in the USA)! Gregg was the most helpful cashier I’ve ever encountered at any place I’ve ever been to! He suggested me some options on my first visit and oh my god they were the best subs ever. This literally blows the competition (or lack thereof) away! Would give this place > 5 stars if Google would let me!
