Stopped by KFC on West Lantana Road and had a good experience overall. The chicken was fresh, hot, and crispy just the way it should be. The sides were well prepared, and everything was packaged properly for takeout. The staff was friendly and worked efficiently, even during a busy time.
There was a small wait, but the food quality made up for it. I appreciate when fast food actually tastes fresh and not like it’s been sitting under a heat lamp. Overall, a solid spot in Lantana when you’re craving classic fried chicken and comfort food. I’ll definitely be back!

stopped at this KFC around 11:30 PM. They advertise closing at 1:00 AM, but when I pulled up to order, I was told they were “about to close.” The only thing available was regular chicken—no sandwiches, no sides, nothing else on the menu.
If you’re open until 1:00 AM, customers should be able to order more than just one item an hour and a half before closing. I ended up driving up the street to McDonald’s, where there were four cars in the drive-through and plenty of food available, so it’s not like it was a slow night.
Very disappointing experience—if you plan to close early or not serve the full menu, at least update your hours or let customers know before they waste their time.

Merlen was excellent. The store was busy for lunch but he handled everything gracefully. I haven’t been to kfc in a while so the menu was a bit different and he was patient in explaining the menu and my options. They were out of the classic chicken wings but he offered alternatives in the most respectful and pleasant manner.

I came to this location last night December 16th 2025 around 7:27 ish. I placed an order for my 8 piece chicken meal and the food was below temperature the chicken wasn’t done, The chicken wasn’t edible. They all were soggy. I couldn’t believe that they were serving this chicken like that. I realize it when I got home. I was upset because my kids wouldn’t even touch the chicken as well. I went back to return the food. Maria the manager, She was supposed to give me a refund, and the refund did not go back to my card still waiting for the refund. Nobody said sorry about the convenience or nothing. That food and bad service.

Ordered online. The process was fairly simple to navigate the app to place it. They give you a progress meter to show where they are in the preparation, which is nice. The service upon pick up was quite lethargic. Someone in the back had to tell the girl in drive thru there was a customer and she never came. Someone else came to the front and grabbed the order for me.
Otherwise, the food was fine and tasted fresh. If you like KFC, the quality was consistent with the norm. Plenty food for 3 or 4 if you order the Side Lover’s (8 piece with 3 large sides) meal.

No pot pies on Friday 9/12/25 at 12:30 pm, lunch time. No 2 piece spicy chicken, too many non English speaking staff that don’t have a clue. Did not order, I left upset.

This place is disgusting as I’m here right now standing in front. They got my order all wrong gave me attitude while I was ordering my food for no reason the people look like they don’t even wanna work gave me the wrong size on all my food didn’t put sauce on my chicken wings. This place is ridiculous. The workers are always lazy and never wanna work and the date for this day was November 3, 2025. This KFC is sad. Get some new employees and do better.
