I ordered an iced coffee, but when I got it, there were small clumps floating on top and it had a strange, tart taste. I went back through the drive-through to ask for a replacement, but the staff said they needed manager approval and that “it’s supposed to be like that.” I’ve ordered iced coffee plenty of times before, and it’s never looked or tasted like that. It really didn’t seem right, and I was disappointed that they wouldn’t replace it or even check if something was off with the batch.

Brickhouse Deli is a solid spot for coffee, breakfast and lunch sandwiches. They consistently deliver delicious sandwiches—particularly the Papa T and Carter. My only qualm is there is no dining space when I went early in the morning at around 7:00 AM. They only take drive through orders.

So we went in around 3:45. We were finally able to go because previously Imperial Coffee Co. Would close at 3PM and I would get out of school at 3:15 so kudos for closing later! Tried the Double Chocolate Blend and it was so good, awesome texture, and just right in sweetness! Mom got the Mocha Blend and it was very good as well! Great owners, very friendly ! Cozy inside. It was still under renovation and it already looks great! Recommended! (:

Customer service is amazing, if you’re a first timer I really recommend they are extremely welcoming. All the cooking they do is completely fresh you can smell it in the waiting areas while you wait for you food. Softest waffles EVER

I just went there today, December 26th, and they were closed. I looked on google maps to see their status before I got in my car. It said they were open. When I got there the doors were locked and there was no notice saying that they were closed. What horrible customer service! Absolutely give your employees time off at the holidays, but you need to let your customers know that you will be closed.

Don’t really frequent this place although their sandwiches are good, but I came by the other day and after I was half way done w my food I found a light colored hair in it and got so grossed out. The atmosphere is also a bit disconcerting at times.
