I cannot say enough about Calli! I want her to be my new best friend. I went through the drive thru all stressed, trying to grab a coffee between all of my appointments. I was thinking about getting an iced latte but saw a pistachio cold brew on the menu. Calli said, “Girl, get the cold brew. It’s amazing and you will not regret it. It’s here for a limited time and you need it!”
Well, I got it and she was right!! Delicious. I felt like I was having coffee with one of my girlfriends. She made my day. And the coffee was good too! I might go through again and order food just so I can chat with her.

One sip of this Lil bit of heaven makes everything right. Especially when the staff gets it right the first time. Fast, busy place. Staff is easy to understand and talk to. My order was read back clearly and perfectly. My yummy drink was just the right amount of everything I love in my coffee. My day is complete.

This isn’t my normal location but I was in the area, my previous experience was good but this time was the complete opposite. First of all the wait for 1 drink 11:25 1/13 was insane. Asked for a matcha iced and it taste just like milk. All that wait for a bad drink. Went inside and the ladies long black hair side braid and another Caucasian ( wearing a hate ) were incredibly rude. I come to Starbucks daily and I’ve never received this kind of customer service. No apologies no cares just rude tones and no expressions and what are you wanting us to do ? And to top it off the one with the black hair was started to act childish whispering to the other. Act your age! I Tossed the originally drink before leaving, it’s sad that you can’t even make a simple drink correctly. This location needs new management … they all look like they hate their job. I’m pretty positive Starbucks didn’t hire you and wouldn’t hire you to discriminate against customers. Do your job or someone else will

Quality of drinks and customer service has gone down. They got mad that I ordered in the app while waiting in a long drive thru line. It made no sense. And sometimes they water down the drinks. Half the time they forget things like cold foam in the drinks.
