This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. I came in around 2:30 a.m. after work, exhausted, just trying to get a simple sub. There were multiple pickup orders, and we stood there for over 20 minutes while the employee made every single one. When we politely asked if we could place our order, we were completely ignored and he continued making all six pickup orders instead.I would’ve walked out if I wasn’t starving, but honestly this place is always a problem. Every single time I come here, something is wrong — the machine is down, online orders are prioritized, or customer service is nonexistent. This is by far the worst Subway I’ve ever been to and I will not be coming back.

Tried to get a sub last night. The worker as sweeping and totally ignored me. I stood there waiting for 3 min and finally asked him “can I order?” He completely ignored me and continued sweeping the dining room. I just walked out. If your job is that bad then quit.

Whoever the guy is that wears the luffy hoodie is has been the worst service provider ever i honestly hate when he works he always trying to correct people and it feels like he hates his job I wish management would do something about this it use to be my favorite subway in greenbay but honestly after he started I try my best to avoid this location like since when can you not pay extra money for extra toppings never been told “ there’s a limit “ as a paying customer and I insisted I was willing to pay extra he refused and replied with “ NO THERES A LIMIT “ what the heck kinda service is this but the younger kid with glasses was very nice

Went in around 11 pm. We asked the male behind the counter for the restroom key. He started we had to buy food my husband informed him we planned to. My husband even offered to let the gentleman hold his wallet. That we really needed to use the rest room. The gentleman made us go through starting the subs, pay for everything before he would give us the keys. I let the hubby go to the restroom and I finished the subs till he came back. I have a kidney condition that if I can’t go to the restroom when I need to go i can have complications. Then when we got our food we were told we couldn’t sit in the lobby. It was not posted any where after a certain time you couldn’t sit in the lobby. I have never had such horrible service at a subway.

Ordered through the app for delivery to St. Vincent hospital. Ordered 3 sandwiches, all relatively simple orders. Chicken Bacon Ranch wrap made traditional, 6” oven roasted turkey with lettuce, tomatoes and extra black olives, and a Boss (meatball sub) with extra pepperoni and deluxe meat (3.50 up charge). I get a text from my driver that they’re out of meatballs, so we call the driver and requested the meatballs be swapped for teriyaki chicken. Driver confirms and tells the sandwich maker. We get the sandwiches, the turkey sandwich has no olives at all, and the “Boss” is just bread and chicken.
When I went to the restaurant to receive at least a partial refund (the difference of the boss with the additional fixings and what I got) I was met with a hostile worker saying that it was DoorDashes fault the food was incorrect. And when stating they made the food and as the merchant are the ones to give the refund told me he didn’t give a shit. Refused to give me a managers name to speak to the next business day, and refused to give a number to contact corporate instead. If you’re thinking of ordering here, cut your loses.

Went here on Sat 6/24/23 around 12:30/1pm.
I have not been to Subway in a long time and it was a very hot day and I was helping a friend work in her garden. We had to run some last-minute errands and just thought we would stop in and have a sandwich and dine in.
What I like about the subway is well first I noticed it’s open 24 hours a day. I also noticed it was well staffed, and the inside of the store was very clean.
The staff was fast and efficient and both employees made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it made.
Plenty of seating, located on the inside easy access to parking bathrooms were clean. Everything looks spotless on the inside.
Food was all very good and fresh. I had a spicy Italian along with a glass of ice water and a bag of chips.
Staff was all very professional, wearing clean uniforms and very helpful because like I said it’s been along time since I’ve been to a subway I would highly recommend this one. It’s very clean. It’s located in a great spot where there’s a Lotta food choices but if you’re in a hurry, they do have a drive-through as well and everything was very fresh.

Updated, got coupons from Subway in the mail after I paid full price for my sandwiches the other day. I had to go visit a friend of mine that lives near the subway, and had to grab some sandwiches and had to dine in again… Or two people working there were doing a great job stocking up the two lines for sandwiches. I ordered a foot-long meatball and then I’m Italian sandwich bowl foot-long I had a coupon for buy one get one free with a drink so I sat down and ate half my sandwich why I was here place is still spotless staff that is working very friendly just as it was on Saturday. It’s a good restaurant very clean. Very polite. If you want a little extra toppings or you need to clarify some thing they’re very patient and kind

If I could give this food 0 stars I would. I’ll start with the fact that when I opened my sandwich I was greeted with a digesting mushy sub. The toppings looked expired, and the sandwich was ripped halfway through not cut. I was crying a lot so I looked in the bag for a napkin only to find AIR! Not a single napkin, I had to wipe my eyes on the bag. Very unsatisfied do not eat here period.

Extremely well-mannered, thorough doing his job, he stacked that sandwich beautifully and carefully, and made it a superb experience. He seriously deserves a raise. Subway would take a huge L if they lost him! Really appreciate you. I haven’t enjoyed subway for quite some time but when you made my sandwich, I could taste the love. Glad I got your name so I could write you a review because whatever you set your mind to, you can definitely do and do extremely well. Best subway sandwich I’ve had in a long time. You didn’t just throw it together. True sandwich master. The proportions were spot-on. I never thought I’d be writing a subway review but here we are because of this awesome individual. 🙂

Decided to try one more time went in to order employee had attitude. It was more worried about where I was parked, then greeting or taking an order owner of this establishment must be extremely rich because every time I go there no one Is there and the Employees are horrible. Look at the rest of the reviews almost all of them are one star. I usually don’t take time to write these posts, but this by far has to be the worst business model I’ve ever seen not to mention again all the ingredients are uncovered at 2 AM while they’re cleaning up How disgusting If you’re looking for food at this time, I would say you’re better off going into a quick trip over this dump hole
Waited for almost 20 minutes. One employee was on staff making food asked me to hold on a minute after 20 minutes of standing there. He didn’t even say anything to me. Horrible customer service if you’re gonna be 24 hours be 24 hours if not, you’re wasting your time in mind I drove 12 miles to get here late at night because I work third shift complete waste of time Lastly vegetables were covered, but all the meat was open to the air. Safety screens weren’t even put down absolutely a zero if I could give this no stars and take two away I would

Had an uber order at this location that they ACCEPTED from the client. Then refused to let me in. Completely ignored me at THEIR front door. Other CUSTOMERS that were inside had to tell me that the other door was unlocked all the way around the other side of the building, despite having no sign and despite my showing the employees my phone with the uber order pulled up.
The level of incompetence and quite frankly, lack of intelligence that these employees showed to PAYING customers is not only infuriating but completely unacceptable. They left me outside in 13 degree weather while they were open and when my order was already PAID FOR.
When I finally got inside, thanks to the help of the OTHER customers inside, I asked the employee why the did not let me in. The short employee that was working behind the counter told me it was not “their side of the building”. ITS ALL ONE SUBWAY, there is no other business at this location. I told them they need to put a sign up and the same employee said that’s not his job. The other employee that swept the entire time did not ever acknowledge me or even look in my direction.
The two employees that were there on Saturday, December 20th at 11 pm need to be fired and your entire store needs to be re-trained. This is unacceptable and you should be humiliated and horrified.
