Ok, I’ve been looking to try Snoopy’s for years…the customer service was ok. I was so happy to see they had Mello Yello. Its a rare fountain drink choice these days. We opted to dine in. So you order in one part of the building. Go out the door with your food and dine outdoors or right next door in the adjacent dining room. The burger and fries were good. The hot dog tastes as if its been sitting in “hot dog water” all day. So it has no flavor and the texture is that of a Vienna sausage. The chili on the hot dog is just not good at all. Off putting texture and taste.

Dined in in the spare room. Sometimes it can be a little noisy but not today. Hot dogs were delicious. My friend got the the double cheeseburger. The fries were hot, fresh and crispy. Crinkles not shoestring. Reminder burgers and dogs come with mustard chili and onions unless you specify otherwise. They have bbq sandwiches, soup, and their famous chicken salad. I will be looking at that on my next visit. The chicken salad club is excellent. One half is enough at a time.

Just had the worst customer service experience at Snoopy’s, the black lady in purple with glasses on was incredibly rude to us when the lady at the register got our order wrong. We asked about an additional fry because we had ordered a combo and then 2 additional fries, she yelled at us snatching her order receipt yelling that this is what was ordered and that’s what we were getting.
Also a guy ahead of us had to also purchase another thing of fries because his order didn’t get put in right.
The white lady at the register was going to offer us our fries for free because it was her mistake but the black lady told her to charge us. This is your mistake. I shouldn’t have to put multiple charges on my card for your inability to take an order. Then after purchasing another fry the black lady took her sweet time staring us down with a complete attitude.
I will not be returning to snoopy’s because of this incident and think the Raleigh community should know that before they go if their order is wrong and they ask a question they will be met with hostility, unprofessionalism, and poor customer service. I feel bad for the individuals who have to work with her. It is clear Snoopy’s doesn’t value their mission anymore “serve people the best, with the biggest smile”?!?!?

By far the worst hamburger I have ever had. The bun and patty were soggy. I couldn’t finish it. I ended up trading it to my high school aged son who said “I can eat it, I’m used to school cafeteria burgers and that’s what this tastes like”. The fries were okay. We did not get the hot dogs because they were just sitting in water and looked gross at a distance.

Fuquay Fun Finds
Growing up in Raleigh I have enjoyed all the Snoopy’s locations but finally tried this location. The hot dogs were great as always and BOGO Tuesdays is a great deal. Like that this location has indoor dining space and all the employees were very nice for my recent visit even though they were booming during lunch hour.

It’s what you’d expect imo. Scored the half-price dog Tuesday deal. Dogs are served with mustard chili and otion unless you want it differently. They crank them out plenty fast and hot. Nothing fancy about the place. It’s what you’d expect. It kinda like an amusement park set up. Stand in line, order and pay, and wait for food and sit down and eat. Easy.

Went to this location September 20th PM (spring forest location) and did not receive hot dog the way I ordered. When I asked for a refund the manager (female) was rude and hesitant to give me a refund (I had a receipt and brought incorrect order back to the store).
I do want to say cashier was apologetic and provided great customer service. When I initially ordered I heard the cashier tell cook my correct order.
