Onondaga Blvd location Syracuse, NY. It just depends on who FEELS like working that day. Seems every employee is high in the back cooking and just do not care of the quality of work that goes into making a good pizza or pizza related products. Their timing to bring out pizzas after the morning manager leave is WAY OFF!! Your best bet is to order as soon as they open when the manager is there and the quality of food is best. After 2pm….GOOD LUCK!!

I’m convinced that the closing staff thinks it’s funny to not give the dasher’s what I paid for. The closing staff is ruining your business. They have messed up my order many times. Imagine how many more… If you’re not doing your job, what are you doing? Then when you call up them they will immediately try to pass the blame to the dasher. DoorDash is a 3rd party, you need to have everything ready for them. They are not responsible for your laziness. Put the joint down and do your job. All I ordered was breadsticks and sauce how do you mess that up. Got no sauce so looks like I’m not eating the breadsticks. Come on, you wouldn’t eat that. Why should I?

I’m not normally the type to do negative reviews, but ordered my food early, around 3:30pm, and selected for it to be ready at 7:15. I get to the restaurant, I know they’d be busy around this time and I’m normally very patient, but I waited for about a half hour for my food and saw several people walk in and out before me after ordering in person. My food was also a little overcooked and cut very oddly. Ordering here was honestly a waste of my time as I could’ve gone to a further location and gotten home faster. I am very disappointed.

Mmkay, I’m not really about the neg reviews and what not butttt… I was on the “I don’t feel like cooking” So I ordered a deep dish pizza. First the pizza’s look smaller than normal and more like thin crust then a deep dish. But my son and I ate it. I probably at 3 slices left on my side and he had two. Now the not so fun part…maybe an hour after eating the pizza we both ended up in the bathroom. So needless to say I won’t be going back.

Ordered a pizza 4/18/23, pick up time was 7:42pm. I went into the store at 7:55pm and my pizza wasn’t ready so I waited, 2 large groups of people came in, everyone was serviced but me. I asked multiple employees about my order that was now way past the time it was supposed to be ready. I finally offered to buy a 2nd pizza (my order was for a 1/2 cheese 1/2 pepperoni) just to get out the door and was rudely told my pizza was being put in (30 minutes after it was supposed to be ready). I finally get my pizza, go home with my children who have been waiting with me the entire time and the employees didn’t put ANY sauce on my pizza. Employees were very rude the entire time.

They don’t use gloves. I saw some of the workers in the back make a pizza, put the cheese on it with her bare hands then come straight to the front to take an order on the cash register. I never went back after that. Plus, not one worker in there seems to be over the age of like 25. Just a bunch of kids doing whatever behind the counter.

If I could give this location a 0 I would but unfortunately I had to add at least one star. Repeatedly this Little Caesar’s has messed up my order. I’ve tried and tried again to keep giving this place a chance but I guess shame on me. I ordered a stuffed crust sausage pizza with extra sausage and got a stuffed crust cheese pizza. The employees are also extremely rude and very unpleasant. I will not be ordering from there again. I refuse to waste my hard earned money.
