i had no issue while visiting this taco bell for lunch. there was plenty of parking as it is located in a shopping center. the drive thru was empty and so was the parking lot so i chose to go inside and sit down instead. i had previously placed my order on the app so when i walked in it was ready. the burritos both tasted fresh and were pretty filled up. the gentleman behind the counter was really not caring about his customer service but that was fine as the food quality made up for it.

We deliver for door dash and Uber Eats. This place continues to take orders after closing at 3:00 AM. We were given an order at 3:30 AM on New Year’s Eve but when we arrived they were closed, the worker inside would not give us the order, waved us off and was really rude. We were not the only drivers there to pick up orders. There was another lady trying to pick up for delivery and cars going through drive through honking. I have seen other reviews on yelp stating this location regularly will lock the doors at 2:30 and not let customers in when they close at 3:00am. our customer was beyond angry. I WILL be contacting corporate about this situation on Monday. Bad business.

I’ve visited this location 2 times in the past week. First time I ordered a burrito supreme and added extra beef. What I received was a burrito with no meat but rice. Today I ordered, online, a taco supreme and was given a regular taco. I tried calling store, but no answer or just a hang-up. I would have gone back, but it was inconvenient. Guess I’ll start eat @Del Taco again.
I’m back to add to this review. Another attempt at eating at Taco Bell and, another failed attempt. Wow this store has the absolute worst service of any fast food restaurant I’ve ever been to. I’m at a loss for words right now and will never understand why they have such poor service. I’d like to speak to owner because I believe this is a franchise Taco Bell, corporate would train their employees/staff better. Del Taco is less expensive and they have better service.

Is Taco Bell’s gone way down the drain. I’ve been going here for over 30 years. Portion sizes are half the staff forgets items all the time they moved all the sauces to the back. This is really embarrassing. They take forever to even get to the front desk. They don’t even want to work there. Really terrible experience. Oh yeah, the food has just gone downhill. Super under staffed. They got two self serve kiosks so I’m guessing the owner thinks they can have one fewer employee. It is swamped with only three people.. drive through around the corner, wait at the counter for three minutes before being spoken to.. will definitely hesitate to come back to this location over others..

Had the drive-thru attendant refuse to correct a happy-hour drink error, and then refill it with the wrong drink again. I learned two days later after looking at my credit card statement that he charged me for an additional drink at full-menu price without mentioning it during the interaction.
