I’m a usual customer here as I work for the courtyards in city place right behind this particular store and today just was a very unpleasant experience. I ordered through the app to get drinks for me and my coworkers and walked over to pick them up in store. Upon going in I see my drinks are ready and walk over to the bathroom, As I needed to take a quick number 1. I noticed that they might have been locked and when I walked back to the associate at the counter(older Asian looking wome n) to ask her if the bathrooms were open. She looked at my and rudely said there only for paying customers. Now that is not how you speak to people. I’m at supervisor for Bridgestone tires and a Concierge for the Courtyards in city place part time and that was honestly very embarrassing the way she said that out loud in front of everyone. If someone walks into my lobby I always greet them with a warm smile and immediately direct them to the nearest bathroom in our lobby. I just felt a way and I usually don’t even take the time to even make reviews as I know how customer service can get but that lady needs a another class on how to be more professional and more open heart to people. It’s very cold out and maybe some people just need to warm there hands or something! any ways the hot chocolate was very good which is why I left a very good 5 star review on the food part. The rest just kinda turned my morning of but won’t let that effect the rest of my day. Life goes on.

This is the slowest Starbucks I have ever been in anywhere in the USA. Not just once but several times. Their customer service model, is not working. I reccomend going to Eataly their service is much faster.

It’s a nice location, but nothing mind-blowing. Music is on the loud side and they crank the AC… Bring a sweater! They do have the updated coffee makers so getting decafe is no longer a 20 minute pour-over ordeal. Sit outside if you want to people watch…

I went to buy a gift card, asked for a pen and they said they didn’t have one. You’ve trying to tell me no one in the store has a pen. What a bunch of malarkey. I work retail you and I used to work at a Starbucks before. They had writing utensils. Like hello paperwork as a manager. Like I can’t deal.

Great service and friendly smiles. The coffee is on par as one of the best out there. I came in the morning around 10:30 and was slightly busy but the line moved fast. They got my order correct and there was plenty of seating. The WiFi service was very fast. The bathroom was very clean and no password lock on them. Which makes it easier to use than the hassle of waiting in line to find a code.

Fallen off in service… walked in Sunday onky myself in line, 4 pp behind the counter. Waited in front of the register for 10 minutes- no one approached- placed the order in the app while I was there- no coffee- finally had to go and ask- comment was oh ya- let me make that now” ….still nothing. Terrible service…

Today, September 28, 2025, at one of their branches, 600 Rosemary Ave 140 to be specific, between 9:00 and 9:24 pm, I was served by a barista who made me feel ashamed and sad because of the way he made fun of me for asking him in Spanish to change my drink from hot to cold because I had made a mistake when ordering it. He made fun of me in a very racist way. I would definitely not consume again, at least not at this branch. I don’t know his name, all I can say is that he is white, has long hair, and wears glasses.

I actually enjoyed the visit. But the fact that city place uses ParkMobile is why I’m giving a bad review. Businesses shouldn’t even want to do business where parking is managed by an app so bad. Not sure if they realize there is an active movement to boycott places that have ParkMobile managing the parking

I visited this Starbucks recently and was pretty disappointed with the overall experience. The place didn’t feel clean—the tables were dirty, and no one seemed in a hurry to wipe them down. The staff was loud and seemed more focused on joking around than actually helping customers.

I ordered a Frappuccino (which cost $6, plus I left a $1 tip), but it wasn’t made properly. It tasted off, like it was just random milk and ice tossed into a blender without any consistency or care. I mentioned the quality of the drink to the staff, and instead of addressing it professionally, one of them rolled their eyes and laughed with another employee. Very unprofessional.
