Went in on Saturday February 28th for ice cream and the girl at the counter acted like she hates her job. The blizzards were like milk shakes and service was very slow. Went to order ice cream to take home and not an employee in sight. Took them more than 5 minutes to come up front. This was in the evening around 7:30 or so. Worst experience I’ve had there

Bro I ordered a blizzard and got a milk shake that was already half melted. The staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there. I think the reason my blizzard isn’t the right consistency is because the building is old, probably with old machines that can’t hold proper temp. Don’t come here for the blizzard.

Went through drive through no one answered was there for a couple minutes. Then banged on the window and now one answered so I went in and tried to order and they were to busy on there phone. I don’t recommend this Dairy Queen at all, take a few more min and go to Vandalia.

We just ordered ice cream but the wait was long as there was only one girl taking orders and making the ice cream. The ice cream itself was gone until my husband found a long hair in the brownie portion of his ice cream. It’s always very warm inside this location so we chose to eat outside.

Ordered a vanilla cone dipped in chocolate and this is what she handed me. There was barely a chocolate coating! I asked her if this is what it should look like and she just stared at me. Worst chocolate dip ever!

I’ve had, generally overall, a nice experience here when choosing to eat out. The service is nice but can be a bit on the slower side, the parking lot is a bit of a mess and confusing, tiny, and the building is old, but the food is always very fresh, and the ice cream is pretty nice. Their cakes and cupcakes to go are pretty lovely and a nice clutch in an emergency as well.
If you’re looking for a quick lunch with a bit of a treat, this place really isn’t that bad at all. Plus, I simply love that they still have their 7$ meal deals, as well as their couples meal deals.

This is are go to place every time we’re in the mood for a quick bite to eat and we especially can’t forget the delicious ice cream.
The employees are so polite and courteous.
I definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting good food and great service.

The girl in the speaker was not very clear saying “what ? ” over and over .. you could hear the other workers in the background goofing off .. one said ” oh my god i hate you ” talking to the other employee … Meanwhile the lady could NOT hear what I was saying. My order was wrong . We ordered 2 , #6’s with american cheese .. ( we got exactly only cheese sadly no toppings 0f any kind ) we ordered a banana split with extra pineapples and some how got only pineapples … and the peanutbutster job with extra peanuts and chocolate had very little peanuts and a lot of chocolate.. very bad proportions when there was supposed to be extra of both . Anyways I’m very dissatisfied with my service.. the food was fresh but all wrong . Did not get what I paid for.
