If I could do zero stars I would. This McDonald’s needs to be shut down. Workers do t pay attention they don’t get anything right. Food is always cold or burnt. They need all new management and employees. Didn’t even get my refund back after ordering on DoorDash so money wasted on something that should have been correct seeing it was on the receipt and they took forever making it. Very disappointed.

This place always locks the door for anyone to come into the lobby. The store had guests eating inside and was was gracious enough to unlock the door so I could pick up my online (in lobby) order. The manager shockingly advised she locked the doors because she had 1 employee. Not only was she rude but very unprofessional. This is the 4th time this has happened and I walk to this location. When this happened in the past I had to wait in the drive through on foot to get to the windows to later be scolded not to wait on foot. Fix your issues here and this place will be much better. Ive never heard of a short staffed McDonald’s. Seems like its a franchise owner issue and of course they are probably playing golf in Florida.

The people were super friendly showered the food was cold. I got to my room in 2 minutes the fries were cold and tasted like they were sitting under the hot lamp all day. The chicken sandwich had more mayonnaise on it than lettuce and the chicken was cold. I was too tired to drive over there and take it back.

Manager at this location was extremely rude! 3 minutes late for breakfast but mobile order was already placed. Should have made it but due to snow did not, big deal. Came on the drive thru being rude as can be. No other vehicles in line or at the establishment. Guess they don’t want to make any sales! Oh, but they still charged my card

Do not come after 7pm because you will wait more than 30 minutes for food. And I kept getting handed 1 thing at a time. They gave me my frys and I still had more frys coming and burgers. So my basket of frys and ice cream melted before I even got my my other food. It’s ridiculous not worth it. Don’t go. Go to a better restaurant.

We ordered for pickup on the app on 8/24/2025 at 4:36pm. When we got to the restaurant it was closed and the parking lot was roped off for resurfacing. We were charged over $28 for food we never received. We have contacted corporate twice and they have told us that they have reached out to the local restaurant. The local store would be contacting us. Over a week later and we have heard nothing. I have always been impressed with this McDonald’s. I am very disappointed with how this has been not taken care of and not refunded.

Service is horrible. Needs to improve wait times drastically. Waited 30 mins for hotcakes ordered online. People kept saying we’re waiting on your hotcakes. Hotcakes are not that unusual where it should take that long. Multiple other long waits. Nobody stays on task to complete orders.

Twice now I’ve ordered and had my monopoly pieces forgotten. First time was through drive through offered a free 10 piece to make up for the missing piece. Second time ordered through DoorDash food was cold anyway missing a sticker AGAIN on an item that SHOULD HAVE IT!

7/16: Why is it so hard to get the order right? Double hamburger means NO CHEESE! I’ve added another picture. Pay attention!! 3/25: Swung by to get three double hamburgers with ketchup and onion only like I did in December. Unfortunately they fell short. They tagged them correctly but thats it. They added their disgusting cheese. See picture. Was there on 12/6. That was THE best double hamburger I have ever received at any McDonald’s. Fresh, hot, and seasoned perfectly! Wish I had ordered 5 of them. Very friendly staff.
