In general most of the Starbucks are 3 star in Sioux Falls. I used to regard this as the best 3.8stars with their service increasing the score. Lately, since that has dropped off, they are back to the area score. Usually prepared drinks fast. Drinks are generally accurate to preparation. Parking is very limited, and drive thru is tight. Seating inside is ok but store was not clean.

I went through the drive through before school and a venti shaken expresso with LIGHT ice. Once I got my drink there was extra ice like it was nothing but ice and when I’ve gone there in the past they have always some how messed up my order

I used to like going to this Starbucks, but this time I don’t feel as if I was being treated right. As my friend and I went through the drive through, I asked for a medium green tea frappuccino with extra whip cream, he repeated “a what green tea frappuccino?” And we replied “medium”. When we got to the window, he gave us my friends order and gave me a medium green tea cappuccino. I said from the passenger seat, “I’m sorry, I ordered a green tea frappuccino..” and before I could say with whip cream he shut the door and put the cup down and left. He then came back with a small green tea frappuccino with no whip cream at all.. I’m really unhappy with my experience this time. He was very rude about it. I was going to go back inside, but my friend was too scared to go so she drove off and I didnt get a chance to get the drink I wanted. I’m glad I got a green tea frappuccino, but I’m really upset that I had to pay for a medium green tea cappuccino but received a small GT frappuccino instead:(

The employees at this Starbucks are always so friendly. They are quick and have gotten my order right every time. I love their tumblers. I picked up two, one for hot and one cold drinks. You get bonus rewards for bringing in your own cup. So it’s good for the environment and good for you!

This Starbucks is wonderful. It’s the exact outstanding service you should expect when you want to get a coffee, a few treats, or even a meal. The drive-thru is usually nice and quick, from what I’ve seen the coffees and foods are delicious-which more than makes up for the more expensive prices.

I go here almost every day because it’s right next to my office. Let me tell you, the team here has such an infectious positive attitude. They take the time to learn my name. I’ve never been one to go get coffee almost every day but they make it worth the money I’m spending. Love this store and staff, Sabrina and Ashley always know my order and know what I like. I would give 10 stars. Give them all the stars. Only positive things to say.

Out of all syrups except vanilla, peppermint, and mocha, but it let’s you order on the app. They didn’t tell me until I had been waiting for my drink for a few minutes. (20 minutes since I ordered, saying my order would be ready in 9-12 minutes). Staff was courteous, but you could tell they’re stressed about it also as apparently they’ve been out of these syrups for a long time and the app won’t update to reflect availability. I really wish Starbucks would fix this (and also put a Starbucks on the West side of Sioux Falls by Roosevelt high school so I can go back to my frequent Starbucks instead of Scooters…)
