Ordered food through Grubhub yesterday. The Food was Cold on delivery. Sauce was spilled through the entire bag. Sodas were completely spilled with only half a soda in each cup squished together in a plastic bag.

My gf ordered dinner for me and her from this location and the experience was just ridiculous. She ordered wings, a sub with only lettuce, mayo, shrimp and cheese on it with fries. The sub had tomatoes and onions on it, which she is allergic to and like 2 pieces of shrimp. The sub was soggy and the sauce from her honey old bay wings was watery and spilled all over the bag… they refused to refund her the money for the sub unless it was returned (which you’re not even supposed to do) but it has already been thrown away. Waste of time and money..

We use to love this place, but lately the service has gone down. I’m always missing something from my order and this will probably be the last time we order from them. I ordered kids 5 wing combo and literally only received the wings, no drink or fries. This is the 2nd or 3rd time, they’ve forgotten our at least 1 of our drinks. I also ordered 20 piece combo with request of 5 smokehouse wings and 15 lemon pepper. The lemon pepper was dry and lacked flavor, and they gave me 10 plain wings with NO flavor at all. We’re extremely disappointed with this delivery and it put a damper in our movie night.
I would not recommend using delivery services for them or buying their wings period.

Man look here. This food was bomb as idk what . I had the lemon pepper grilled salmon seasoned just right, juicy , this what they mean when they say somebody put they foot in it cuz lord I was in there looking for my daddy behind that grill

Ordered 3 chicken cheese steak subs with everything, one no tomato. All three were horrible. DRY!!! NOTHING ON THEM,NO MAYONNAISE, RELISH, HOTS OR ONION…A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. They appeared to be different owners than previously. My first and last time for them. Called to complain was asked to return. Did not, will not ever again..Skimpy on everything.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I’ve never been to a store where everyone inside was saying they will never come back. There were multiple people waiting for over an HOUR. Even just to be spoken to it took me 35 minutes, after which they told me that they gave one of my doordash orders away – which I saw behind the counter when I was being ignored- and said because they gave it away they can’t make another one. And had asked what’s the point of asking for the order name if you’re just giving orders out to whoever because you have everyone mad at you for being slow.
