I havent been to Boston Market in many many years…. Not really a place i prefer… Went in Honor of my mom.. its been 2 months since her passing… And she loved This restaurant… I dont know why… But she would of had it every day if she could….The sweet potatoes were a little runny… But sweet and edible… The corn was super bland not edible because it had no flavor tasted like if you were to eat it straight from a can… Not sure how to describe the weird corn taste… The mac and cheese isnt how i remembered… Less cheese..it was more noodle than cheese… But its edible… cornbread was super hard and dry…. The chicken was basic rotisserie chicken… Nothing special… It was moist…

I always have a great experience here. So me and hubby figured we would go for dinner today. My food was nice and hot.. However the dinner rolls smh..they were hard as a rock . (Next time stick with the cornbread, everyone loves them ) There were other folks there there eating and the one man asked if there were any other options for bread . The manager was like no that’s all we have very aggressively, no apology or anything for the rolls being brick hard. I mean I know it’s Thanksgiving and he was ready to go home but that should not have stopped him from at least, apologizing!

I stopped in to this location on 6-23-23 and it was a GIANT waste of time and money. My kids and I stopped in to grab something to eat after a morning at the science and nature museum and when I walked in I noticed that half of the restaurant had the chairs on the tables. That should have been my first clue. We ordered two kids meals and an adult meal and when we were given our cups for drinks we found they only had three drink options the lids they offered didn’t even have lids that fit! We got back to our hotel with our lunch and the Mac n cheese was watered down and all of the noodles were broken. The creamed spinach tasted days old and the chicken was flavorless. The only reason I gave this two stars is because the employees were kind.

I love the food we don’t have these in the south so to come to my hometown and be able to come eat at one of my favorite spots. I only gave 3 stars because I didn’t care for the person preparing the plates. She was very impatient with my party of 6. My family is from the area and this was their first visit so they were asking questions and she was very short. 3 starts for great food minus two for customer service lacking in certain actions. The girl at the cash register had a better attitude so that made up for the other lady’s nasty attitude

We liked eating there but I do not go as much as I used to dine at least 3-4 times a months but most casserole to us had changed quite a lot more black peppers is being added in which we do not liked. Plus is a lot less to choose from sides serving is much less quantity and kids menu is not to much to choose from either and I don’t mind cornbread but that shouldn’t be added as a side it should be added with the high price you already paid.
