Upon entry we were cheerfully greeted by two smiling ladies………….that was the end of our wonderful experience. Service was then absolutely deplorable! Two ladies behind the counter were either new with absolutely no training or absolutely did not care about the customers. We waited for almost 10 minutes before taking our orders. Out of 3 sandwiches ordered 3 were wrong and nothing but attitude when we tried to get it corrected. I ordered the foot long 5 meat Italian on cheddar herb bread with pepper jack cheese, without asking it was immediately put in the oven, this was the first of MANY MANY COMPLAINTS!!!! My sandwich ended up with ONLY beef and pepperoni and a blend of American and provolone cheese…………..nowhere near 5 meat Italian. The price of our orders was almost double the posted price and when we tried to dispute it they were absolutely dumbfounded that we were upset and then suddenly couldn’t figure out how the register worked.

Manager there is not very friendly! Customer service goes a long way. He acts as if he’s mad at the entire world. The other workers there are always quiet and friendly.

Staff was nice. Ordered a combo, when I went to get a drink, there were bugs in the ice and ice machine. Stomach tore up after eating half my sandwich. Needs a lot of improvement.

I went in and asked for a breakfast pizza and the man that qete there gave me a bacon, cheese 6in. Or 3in sub and charged me 4.82 cents. but i want a sausage and bacon small pizza. I wont be asking for another one .the rating is poor for that visit
