I usually stop into this store after I visit my doctor since it’s close and parking is easy. The store is clean and typically busy and it appears people like to come here to do business or homework. It has a drive through but I don’t get the appeal of waiting in the car for your coffee. Just get out and order in person. It’s better and you ca be sure your latte is made with love.

The drive-thru was super long so we decided to go inside. Glad we did because there was no line! This one is the same as all other Starbucks that I’ve been too except, the one cashier was so very sweet and polite. She made my day with her cheery and welcoming self. Disappointing that their shelf with Starbucks items were looking empty. Didn’t find the tumbler I was looking for!

Manager Stephanie displayed extremely poor customer service skills by not advising the drive thru customers that their system went down. She whined that she couldn’t afford the few moments of an employees time to appraise the waiting customers of the situation, to give the option to back out This caused an excessively long wait, over 20 minutes. Then she had the audacity to say she didn’t care about customers and the reviews they leave. WOW.

I live down the street. I go there every single morning. The service is getting worse and worse by day. Also they don’t fill your cup of coffee to the top you’re getting half a cup of coffee

I am a regular customer at this location, and yet they still get my drink order wrong even after explaining how I wanted it. The manager himself has taken my order on several occasions yet still seems to get my order wrong, and I’ve been overcharged. It’s a disappointed but also a lot of wasted money and time. The service is very unpredictable.
