Totally messed up my mobile app order. I ordered and paid for guacamole which wasn’t included. I also ordered fresh tomato salsa which wasn’t included. And I didn’t order cheese and sour cream which wasn’t added and I cannot eat.

I had an awful experience at this Chipotle location. I placed an order ahead of time, but when I arrived, the staff claimed my order wasn’t in the system—even though I showed them my confirmation. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, they scribbled something on a piece of paper and handed me a sloppy, thrown-together bowl that was completely wrong.
To make things worse, the cashier was extremely rude and dismissive. I also overheard one of the employees loudly cursing in the back while another was trying to explain my order to her. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable in a workplace setting.
This was a complete mess from start to finish. I expect better from Chipotle—this location seriously needs better training and customer service standards.

A young girl with blue hair was working at the front counter at chipotle giving out mean looks it became evident that this individual lacked any understanding of the responsibilities associated with working in a restaurant or the fundamental principles of customer service. Their behavior was highly disrespectful and devoid of any semblance of politeness from the outset.. will never go to any chipotle ever again this was my first time and I was easily disappointed. To top it off she was the manager and when I asked for her Gm she said i don’t know where he at! So disappointed!

I’ve given this location a few chances but I just can’t anymore. When we found out we’d have a chipotle right across the street from us, we were so excited as my husband and I love to get dinner from here once or twice a week. Every. Single. Time. I have ordered from here online my order was completely WRONG. Anytime I’ve asked them to fix it, the employees gave me an attitude (as if I killed their dog jeez) not only that but they will straight up ignore you!!! They will look you dead in your eyes and walk away from you!! The employees are always roaming around the place, no one is ever consistently at the front. I usually spend around 10 minutes just waiting for someone to acknowledge me. They make up weird excuses-“you can’t order that in person, it’s only online” “we turn off our machines 15 min before close and that’s the policy” . WHAT ?! Since when ? Most food places take orders up until they actually close and sometimes for an additional 10 minutes after as a courtesy. If you close at 6, we should be able to order food until, and any food, not just a “bowl”, up until 6pm, most places allow the staff 30 min after closing time to shut the store down and close up, it makes no sense how they’re able to make up these rules out of nowhere. It’s the most uncomfortable and awkward feeling ever whenever I walk in there, they make you feel like you did something wrong by wanting to get food from them. Today was the last time I tried and honestly I think corporate should shut this location down because they’re literally paying people to goof off and hang out like it’s a day house party. Extremely unprofessional. I have to almost beg to have my order taken and even then it’s always ” no you can’t order that now we turned off our machines, we can only make bowls with whatever is still out there”. Someone needs to hold them accountable. So rude and mean.

Once the delivery was so slow. The order took one hour and the meat was warm and slightly off by the time it got to me. The next morning I was violently ill with food poisoning. I believe the meat sat and baked in a car for an hour plus.

It’s a very nice chipotle, the design layout is perfect. The staff is always friendly, and it’s always clean. Would definitely recommend this chipotle!

There are better Chipotle options nearby. All around bad service. I went today and was given the smallest, cold burrito.
There was 1 person on the line, and she put my tortilla/rice/meat together and let it sit on the counter while she helped 3 other customers, then came back for my salsa after it was cold. Asked for 1/2 scoop salsa and got full. The burrito itself was like half size.
Update: I had already tried the Contact Us link below. I was connected with a live agent who never responded after asking what the problem was.

If I could give this particular location negative stars I would. The customer service is not good at all. When you order ahead of time you still have to wait for your order even when the app says it’s ready. And the app doesn’t help with any resolve. What’s the point. Waiting over 30 minutes for my order I made 30 minutes ahead of my break time. I spent my entire lunch waiting for it. Never again. Don’t order here.
