I was in the drive through and ordered a iced chai with cold foam on it and a frozen carmel Drink, I just wanted to say that they were completely nasty. Now i’m not one to complain this much because everybody have bad days but my drink was quite literally 99% ice an 1% drink It was filled from the bottom to the complete top with ice. there was no cold foam even though i asked for it. You guys should really invest in more product if you can’t put what was even on the ticket… in the drink. Very disappointing, Me and her didn’t even finish our drink because it was crucially nasty. Not to mention when we were pulling in. everything there was completely unprofessional. in thru the windows the girls were goofing off, trying to catch food with their mouths. completely unprofessional, disgusting drinks. wow. just ew.

I have always had good service here for the most part. But I recently had an experience here that truly upset me. I go here daily. And sometimes more than once a day. Yesterday evening, I stopped to get a coffee. The young lady who was at the window has waited on me before, never a problem. But last night I guess I didnt have my payment out fast enough for her bc I took a min to get my card out and she slammed my coffee on the counter and she was huffing and puffing and rolling her eyes at me as I had blatantly obviously annoyed her. This really bothered me. Normally Im not one to complain or one of those “I want the manager” people. But when I went through the drive through this morning, the woman that waited on me I thought was a manager so I decided to mention it to her. She told me to hang on a minute shed get the shift supervisor. Low and behold, guess who the shift supervisor was?? Yep. Ms Huff and Puff herself. I just said I didn’t have a problem and the other lady was like no go ahead tell her. I said that’s her. I said to her when you were huffing and puffing at me yesterday. She knew exactly what I was talking about. She said she didn’t do that and how she’s nice and how everyone there knows she’s nice. Talking about the crew. Normally she is nice. But I wasn’t able to say anything else bc she shood her hand at me and walked away. Whats wrong with just acknowledging my concern and apologizing??????! That’s all I was looking for bc I felt totally disrespected and I spend alot of money there. I DO NOT APPRECIATE BEING TREATED THAT WAY!! YOU ARE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!! DO BETTER!!

This is the third time I’ve come here at 7pm for my dad. He always requests a frozen mocha. Later in the evenings, I can’t ever get him his drink because they say, “Sorry our machines are cleaned for the night.” I’m sorry but, you close at 9pm.. there is 2 hours left of the night. Do better.

Second time here. This is an older-decor Dunkin, I but that’s what we love about it. All of the newer “Dunkin” locations have a colder feel, as if they aren’t finished decorating. This location has generous seating, warm lighting, lots of charging ports and outlets, and are very fast and friendly. This is my new favorite coffee shop in the area.

One of the rudest women ive ever encountered working their drive thru mic. Zero customer service skills. Guy at rhe window thought it was funny when I expressed my displeasure with how she spoke to me on the drive thru speaker. What a bunch of rude people they have working there! Definitely NOT worth saving a few bucks on my favorite drink! (They’re cheaper than surrounding dunkin)

I got one dozen donuts and received the most plain donuts. This was after they forgot to give me my donuts in the first place when I made the online order. They also messed up my drinks and did not give me straws.
