If you are having lunch in the hospital (unless you work there) you are probably not having a good day. One thing I enjoyed was the fast, friendly service from this Subway location. It offers basic Subway food that seemed fresh. The added benefit of a large clean dining area is the privacy it allows to clear your head and pray for loved ones. Sometimes the small things in life make a huge difference.

Got a subway sandwich with Baja chipotle sauce. I have eaten this sauce on every sub for years. Something was wrong with the sauce and it tasted funny. It was so bad that I couldn’t eat it. My mom tried it and said it tasted funny too. She said it taste spoiled. I took it back and asked the employee Brooklyn if I could get another made and leave the sauce off since something is wrong with it. She assured me it was “in date” and nothing was wrong with it. It was made on 6/10 which she showed me on the squeeze bottle when she picked it up and shook it in the air. That is 10 days old. Maybe that’s ok if it tastes ok. I again tried to tell her it was spoiled or something. She assured me nothing was wrong with it. Without even checking it. I asked again could I get something else and was told “we are really not supposed to do that.” So tell me in what world is the service so bad that if something taste spoiled that a company will elect not to set it straight. I had the sandwich in my hand and had take 2 bites of it. The second bite just to make sure I couldn’t eat it. I threw it away in the trash and won’t ever eat there again. Find a different location to go too. Because if there is a problem they ignore it. It’s not like people are out trying to cheat subway out of a 6 inch sandwich. I usually don’t say anything when something is wrong, but anymore I am tired of poor service. No thanks and I would give it 0 stars if that was an option. And the toppings were dried out and turning brown as well.

Staying at hospital with my sick daughter went down to eat supper at 830 pm done closed sign says open till 10 pm very sorry of them close when they want to especially after I have eaten there every night since Sunday guess I won’t waste my time no more at any subway if customers don’t matter to them not even worth 1 star rating but they didn’t over 0 stars

The sandwich toppings are never fresh! I’m always hopeful, but never. The lettuce is always brown, the spinach is wilted, all the veggies just look old.

The subs are getting skimpier, thinner meats, the meatballs are half the size they were 2 years ago,and the tuna? 4 half scoops per foot long. Still tastes decent. Great for weight loss.

I work in the hospital and this Subway is conventionally located downstairs by the cafeteria/café. I place orders on the app for myself and other nurses on my unit. Which are almost always very complicated/customized orders. As we are women lol. Usually receive a pick up time for about 20-25 mins after placing. I jump on the elevator and head down there within a couple mins of placing order usually. When I do the orders are ALWAYS ready and done accurately!! The employees are always friendly and smiling. Very clean atmosphere!! Definitely give this location and it’s employees 5 stars ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
