Service is fast
Food was prepared very quickly
I use the app for ordering and paying, so I cant answer qustions about the place.
I’ve been a long time customer but within the town limits of Smithtown.
I ordered half sandwich and half salad deal with a baguette and a bakery item, a candy cookie.
I got the turkey bravo half sandwich which was awesome. I ate that in the parking lot, looked to make sure that everything else was in the bag and went on my way.
When I got home later that evening I discovered there was no salad dressing, that baguette was hard as a rock and that the cookie was so old that the candy on it was discolored!!!
Im amazed that they would give a customer an old cookies with faded coloring on the cookie never mind the bread not being fresh.
This place must have a manger that doesn’t care about his job…
I will try another Paneras, but WILL NEVER visit this location again.
I did hear back from the manager, he said the bread has changed, it was the same version I got in S’town. He said he’d deal with his team over the dressing missing and the terrible cookie.
