I’m a 35 year resident of LB, and have recently started using the Starbucks App to order ahead at this location. The three times I’ve used it my orders have taken inordinate amounts of time to fulfill. Today I ordered two pounds of whole been coffee, both bags espresso grind, one bag decaf Sumatra and the other regular Sumatra. I ordered the bags at 7 am and didn’t pick them up until 8:30am, 1.5 hours later, but neither bag had been ground. I didn’t have time to wait and said I would be back to n two hours. When. Arrive, the bags are both ready but one is larger than the other…huh?!? I’m not buying coffee at this location again,, a $30 order and they can’t get it right.

They were so welcoming and attentive at this Starbucks- they noticed us looking for a specific type of Starbucks personal cup and the first employee who greeted us proceeded to look through their cupboarded inventory to make sure that they didn’t have any that weren’t put out yet. Unfortunately they didn’t have the Orange County or Laguna Beach style we were looking for but we so appreciated the effort. The cashier was also especially diligent at preparing a kids cup of hot chocolate which was spillproof (it’s like he knew what would happen with a loose lid) and even voided the first order to redo to make sure we got our personal cup discount. We lucked out with a parking spot too – all in all a great experience. The huge windows look right out onto PCH and the beach itself -great for people watching.

Made me feel super uncomfortable walking in. Paid for my breakfast but left before it was served because was not feeling welcome inside, with staff making wierd comments and laughing and giving my drink to another customer. I walked out and told them keep the 11$ and went to the Bagel shop where they are always nice and don’t act rude to their customers.

Great place. Taylor greets me by my name every morning, with a smile. She definitely has set the bar when it comes to customer service. She should be running a Starbucks I believe. Keep up the good work Laguna Beach Starbucks

Really nice place to do work, free wifi and plenty of varied + comfortable seating. Able to see the ocean while doing work, really nice. Wasn’t that crowded for a Starbucks, there was always available seating when I was there for a few hours.

It was an amazing, you have coffee with ocean view, what more could you ask for. The bathroom was a little messy, and there was only one. Hey that’s okay. I mean you’re right off the beach, but, you win some and you lose some. I love Starbucks. The service was quick and my mocha was great, Thank You Starbucks would go back in a heart beat.
