I’ve been frequenting this place for close to 5 years now. I don’t like to leave a lot of scathing reviews, however, the ownership of the place needs to get this place under control. The pizza and crazy bread used to be awesome and very consistent and always ready. That all changed about a year and a half ago. And especially lately. We have been very disappointed. Both the service and the food has been bad. I will upload some pics for reference. The is no consistency in the food, and no service. You walk in and you may wait up to 10 minutes for someone to great you st the counter. I’ve walked out several times with out even seeing a person. And when there is someone there they come out and go want do you want. And usually it’s not ready and you’ll be waiting 15 or more minutes for a cheese pizza that is poorly made.
Like I said. I don’t like to leave bad reviews however it’s been well over a year and no improvement has been made. I like the convenience of in and out pizza joint but it’s ridiculous at this point.
Last week I showed up and ordered three cheese pizzas and two crazy breads and sauces. The young girl said it’d be a 7 minute wait for one of the pizzas. I said ok. After 15 minutes I had to leave and go get my son from the bus stop and come back and the pizzas were still not ready. They gave out the cheese pizzas to other customers that only wanted one or two as they came in while I was gone. And the pizzas and crazy bread I got were absolutely terrible. See pics.
Hope the ownership can turn it around.

Inedible Pretzel Crust Pizzas. We used to love this location. There was a time when it was better than competitors in quality and quantity for the price. Not anymore. Prices have gone up and quality has gone down. We decided to give them another chance with the pretzel crust pizza coming back around. Super disappointing from our past experience with the pretzel crust pizza. The crust tastes the same as everyday, they lacked enough sauce and the course salt wasn’t just on the pretzel crust, It was everywhere! The photos don’t lie! The amount of salt made the pizza really hard to eat, even after scraping as much off as possible. I’ll be contacting management asap, we’ll see what they say.

Got there and my order wasn’t even ready, asked why they said they werent sure why it wasn’t ready but I could either wait the 20 minutes or forget the items that weren’t ready, yeah cause I just wanna spend money and not get what I spent it on. I finally get my items get home to find out most of them are extremely under cooked. Pizza dough is soggy and the crust has no color at all. Cheese was like cardboard. Like I get it, you get what you paid for but that’s ridiculous. Then I call them and ask to speak to a manager and the girl who answered said she was the manager for the night. For being a manger she sure had no idea what she was doing. I started out telling her what was wrong with my order and everything else she then goes wait are you an online order I said yes, she said she couldn’t figure out how to find my order, then said she didn’t know how to do it and that I’d have to call tomorrow morning because she couldn’t figure it out. I asked her name she said uhhh and then said ‘Tania’ so who knows if that’s really her name but she then tells me I have to call back after they open tomorrow at 11 and maybe someone will be able to help me or something because she can’t and when I said how are they going to help me in the morning with an undercooked pizza right now she said throw it in the over I guess. Like I paid for a ‘Hot and Ready’ pizza not a cook it yourself when you get home. Not sure how they will be of help in the morning but I will definitely be calling first thing.

i ordered and paid for some marinara only to discover that when i got home it was moldy, and not like barely moldy, i mean like half the cup was filled with mold. obviously concerned, i called the store to let them know that their product violated food safety. it took them not one call, not two calls, but three calls before they finally picked up, which if you’ve ever worked in fast food you know that is horrendous. on top of all of that, the employees at this particular establishment never really seem that enthusiastic to be there. i get it, i’ve been in their position, but a lot of the time they can come off as quite rude.

The cheesy bread is terrible. It’s so dried out that I can barely chew it. Back in Minnesota this was the best cheesy bread around. Not sure what’s going on with this location but this is the 4th time I’ve given them a shot this year and have been terribly disappointed. The pizza wasn’t even cut when I opened the box. I cut it myself. The flavor and texture on the pizza is fairly soggy. Pretty sure its underdone. They made the pizza well however didnt cook it long enough. I’ll be throwing it back into the over. Overall its definitely nothing special. This place has needed some serious attention lately. The cheesy bread has barely any seasoning either. I’m done trying to come back to this location. Dominoes down the road is 10x better than this by a long shot.

I’ve worked in some pretty stressful environments and did my share of fast food back in the day. But never in my life have I seen a more incompetent group of individuals, struggle to make pizza. My kids ate most of it before I could get a picture but my “bread sticks” are just cheese pizza sliced into sections, never got the actual bread sticks (and I ordered 2 pizzas and only got 1.5 pizzas since half of one was just mutilated cheese pizza pretending to be bread sticks. I legit watched them mess up 2 other orders before mine as well and the customers just left looking defeated as we had all waited almost 30 minutes. You should probably train your staff because the have no idea what they are doing.

I hate to complain but there’s enough staff here to screw around. The kid up front has been working but everyone in the back is doing good knows what. I was told 7 minutes for a slice and stix pizza and it’s going on 45 minutes and since am waiting for the pizza, the kid working the front actually had to go make the pizza and put it in the oven I watched him do it and every time he had took an order he told the crew in the back but they didn’t help him. Just straight craziness. So 50 mins for bmy 7 minutes pizza. Christian the Guy up front deserves a raise.

Went in for a hot and ready pizza but nothing was available. This happened once before a few months ago and I thought I’d give them another chance. That was a mistake.
After waiting for an order including wings they put the wrong sauce on them and expected me to take them instead of the kind I ordered. After getting home this was the deep deep pizza.
I suggest staying away from this store.

Great friendly service and freshly made pizza! I ordered two large pepperonis and one cheese; I literally only waited about 8-10 mins! Building is super old, could use a good remodeling or fresh coat of paint. Other than that, I highly recommend this location! ♥️
