Horrible Horrible Horrible, the place is wonderful but the workers terrible they talk about people business out loud , they swear all types while customers are in the store they talk bad about their customers it says no cell phones but all you see is kids on they cell phones very rude , messed my food up this is not the type of atmosphere I wanna attend !!! This is not the Dunkin you wanna go to I felt as if the bad reviews would have made the place wanna be better but nope same as last years reviews . Oh and may I add stop having your employees make tiktoks ! Especially when I hear vulgar language!! Get a better manager or hire better employees …

I go to this location for breakfast and this morning I go in and it’s a man asking to substitute bacon for sausage. The worker not sure if she supposed to be the manager but she talk to much number 1. She told the man no he can’t then keep repeating they don’t make the prices. Well the customer knows this already. People have a right to speak their opinions. The price was too high it went from 18 to 30 because he wanted sausage on 2 of the 6 meals. That’s insane and robbery to the public. But the thing is too the girl she still talking while the customer is gone talking about he asking me if I can substitute no can you go to the gas station and substitute. Now she is a hot mess Duncan Donut’s and a gas station ok. Better yet compare it to another restaurant like Duncan Donut’s. You can go to other locations and sub. You shouldn’t be going on and on after the customer leaves. It’s a turn off U were very unprofessional while you trying to show off for the co-workers. It’s A Shame people just take professionalism out the job. A Shame..
Lower your Prices . Oh the customer said I can understand a couple of dollars more but come on. That’s the point….

Worst experience!! Ordered Dunkin via UberEats – 2 large coffees, a donut and a muffin. The second my order was delivered I knew it was ruined. They packaged my coffees inside a large dunkin bag with my baked goods on top. I could feel the coffee all over the bottom of the bag the moment I picked it up. Cut open the bag and nothing but coffee spilled all inside. No coffee left in either cup… Baked goods on top ruined due to the spilled coffee and they replaced the donut I ordered with a 2nd muffin w/o any notification. Can’t even blame the driver because who puts coffees in a bag???? Dumbest packaging I’ve ever seen.

I went there got rushed on my order then spent 40.00 and still messed up my oder suppose to be the black peppered sandwich and the snacken bacon relieve plain bacon on my sandwich okay if I wanted regular bacon I would have ordered a bacon egg and cheese on a crossiant but I didn’t like do better less kids who only care about pay get some adults and be better as customer service

Worst experience at a Dunkin ever! The staff was so rude, they tried to steal my change, burnt my toast, and didn’t give me my hashbrowns. My order came to $6.48, I gave them $10.58, the lady handed me my drink and took the money and walked away. Then another lady came to the window and asked me to pay again, I told her I had already paid and was waiting for my food. She walked away and the third person came over and asked what are you waiting for? I told her I needed my change of $4.10, and my food. After them debating and arguing back-and-forth, and be repeating myself that I needed $4.10 back, the original woman was extremely rude to me, saying I don’t need your backtalk and bullshit. Then the second lady tried to only give me three dollars back, and I reiterated that it was $4.10 change. I asked specifically for “very, very light ice” and I got half a cup of ice. When I finally got my food, I was missing half of my order. I tried to call the phone number on the top of the receipt to speak to a manager, and it redirected to somewhere in New York City, presumably the franchise owner. I tried six different combinations to try to speak to a person, and every single time it said the mailbox is full. I can’t even speak to somebody to have this addressed!

Very poor service. I just did a 40.00 Uber eats order and they didn’t even give the driver what I ordered. 1/2 a dozen donuts missing and then going to tell the driver that the order was correct. And you can’t even call the damn place to speak to someone

Ordered an everything bagel toasted, really light on the butter this morning. I get to the window and pay. Cashier was super nice! As I waited for my bagel the associate who was making it was saying to the cashier, “I make bagels the way I like and if they don’t like it, they can make their own bagel”. This is what my bagel looked like when I opened it. There is at least 1/2 stick of butter on that. That is beyond rude. I tried calling a few times to talk with the manager but they didn’t answer the phone.
