the people working so far have seemed super nice but a lot of the people here who i believe are new may not be being trained well as theyve made many mistakes several times for many ppl. one of them being they took our two large pizzas and gave them to the delivery guy (we ordered for pickup as we were in the college dorm nearby) and then we walked over and had to wait a while cause they “lost our pizzas” apparently they mixed up two sandwiches with our pizzas lol. we did get them and they were great but dont expect perfect performance (respectfully, yall keep trying ur best. ik a lot of college students work there.)

Look at this crap pizza! Dry spots air bubbles barely any sauce or cheese! Asked for no garlic butter! But as usual they put it on anyways. That’s only the first pizza! The second one had dry spots air bubbles barely any sauce. Also they act like they where afraid to put some toppings on that one. Also I asked for both to be cut square. What’s the problem? Do you not pay attention to the order or is it you don’t care? Don’t you care how your orders look before they go out? There are plenty of pizza places here in murfreesboro that people can go to that care about customer service. Management do you care? I will be waiting for your reply.

This location has forgot dipping sauce on EVERY order I make. It is so frustrating. The delivery location/ tracker is also horrible. The app said my order was 1 minute away for 30 minutes. It appeared they were at a gas station so I waited. After more time I decided just to look to see if they were lost in parking lot and the food was there. Sauce missing and it was cold.

Even though I had ordered a pizza online before picking up at the drive thru, the young man came to the window and said we can’t find your name And I gave my name so researched one more time and came to tell me so plus they ended up giving me 2 large pizzas at one price. I told the mgr it wasn’t necessary but did anyway apologizing for the confusion. We like Dominos and this one is close by so service is always good friendly people and being that it sits right on the edge of MTSU . Something about the taste of the pepperonis or who knows we enjoy pizza there I think you will too. Thx

Feels like someone didn’t like their tip 15-20% and they mess with my pizza. Never will order from here again. They also mess up my pizza by missing the Buffalo sauce or missing a topping but this takes the cake. My son was waiting for this pizza and now gotta wait for a remake. Hopefully it’s not a mess.

Terrible service. Several times the pizza has not been cut through and huge bubbles on the pizza, resulting in slices with zero toppings. They don’t care. I called and spoke to the GM and his excuse was that they were busy. He claimed to have done the quality check. It’s a shame the customer has to suffer because they are busy. Shouldn’t an establishment, as such, be prepared for busy times? Terrible excuse to match the terrible pizza and service.

Tried to place an order for 7 pizzas online. Kept getting an error message when trying to pay via debit card saying the online payment system wasn’t working, call the local store. I called the local store, and even tho the online service was down, refused to give me the online price. I used to work for dominoes, and if a customer has trouble like that we’d adjust our price because 1) it’s not the customers fault, and 2) happy customers means more business. The people running this shop have no idea how to provide customer service and keep people coming back. This franchise is giving dominoes a bad reputation. Get a new manager, I won’t be back.
