The sandwiches were great. Something different and Not greasy. Loved the broccoli salad and potato soup. Hubby had the chicken and wild rice soup also delicious. We both got meals with 2 sides so total was almost 40 but that’s about standard. The bathrooms were clean and neat. The dinning room was clean and drink stand tidy. I will be back to try something different. They have a nice selection of different chicken salads to choose from.

I’ve been a fan of chicken salad chick ever since I discovered them a few years ago. I come to Jackson one week a year to visit a friend, and we try to visit every day and try a different flavor of chicken salad every day, seeing if we change our minds about which is our favorite. I tend to like spice, so go for the Jalapeño sandwich usually, but this time I tried the new Chicken Salad Melt sandwich. I just went with the basic flavor, to try the original since it had been a while. It was pretty good. I got the broccoli salad as my side, and it was delicious as always. It’s definitely my favorite side. I also like they have diet lemonade as a choice at the soda fountain, as I don’t always want calories and caffeine. The staff is friendly and the food comes out quick. And I really like you get a pickle and a little cookie with every meal. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend if you like chicken salad.

ALWAYS SO GOOD! Everytime I come to Jackson we stop here. The loaded potato soup is absolutely delicious. I always get the jalapeño holly but I’ve yet to get anything that’s not top tier. Obsessed is an understatement.

Decent food. Clean and bright environment. Good value for the money. Sandwiches are fresh but the chicken salads all taste too much alike. It’s good but the ingredients just don’t set them apart. Soups were ok. Overall tho, there are other places in Jackson with better chicken salads.
