I found what looks like a snail in my lo mein, rice, and honey chicken with green beans. I bit down on something hard and thankfully instead of continuing to consume it, spit it out. I am disgusted.

Today, August 7, 2022. I ordered 2 half fried, black pepper chicken and the black angus steak which I had to pay $1.60 more for. Also, I ordered the spring rolls and they were cold. My 2 orders of cheese Rangoon wasn’t just cold but hard and very crispy like it had been sitting out for a while. I’m very disappointed with my order. Also, the black pepper steak I paid extra for was only 3 or 4 piece’s of meat the rest were vegetables. that’s it. They added so many mushrooms and a dark green vegetable to it that makes it seem like you have steak but you don’t. I took pictures so you can see exactly what I receive. However, I didn’t realize it until I started looking for my meat otherwise I would have ask for a refund just like asked for cheese Rangoon. Plus, I called and talk to the young lady there and told her to put light soy sauce in my fried rice because I didn’t want it white but as you can see from my pictures she didn’t do it. I will not be ordering from them again. Celebrating Birthday was very disappointing with Panda Express. However, I would like to say that I did call but the manager wasn’t there and I talked to Blessing ( young lady) she offered to give me another order but I stated no thanks and she was sorry. I give her 10 Stars for customer service.

It does not say the lobby is closed on mobile orders. Only drive through, long line, slow moving. This is a corporate and location failure! No ability to cancel online orders. You’re stuck in line.

People here are great. Helpful and cheerful. Food is normal for Panda. Parking lot is weird. Drive through is not for full size trucks.

This place over charge for the I’m oder, the plate under $10 , but I oder the plate the girls charge me $14.30 . Just rice and vegetables and Fc steak&shrimp in the menu sign. This Panda Express over charge on customers. $14.30 we can go to King buffet same price all the food you can eat . Never remember come back again this Panda Express in Alabaster Alabama. This food not good but over charge money.

Ordered the fire cracker chicken they had me wait for it to finish cooking which is fine. But when I got home I realized the food has burnt parts. The chilis are clearly burnt and it tainted the entire dish. Also forgot to add my chili sauce to bag only added soy.

Staff is super friendly. I’ve been to the downtown and Hoover location and by far this is the best one in terms of food quality and service. Placed an online order and showed up super early because we thought they were closing soon— the manager gave us a free egg roll. One of the staff members even brought out our food to the car while we waited, which was incredibly nice of her since I’m 8 months pregnant!!
