Mohammed went above and beyond with his customer service today! There was a mix-up with my order at first and we were asked to wait at the front, but Mohammed stepped in and handled everything perfectly. He fixed the order quickly, made sure everything was right, and provided excellent customer service with a great attitude. Employees like him make all the difference — he deserves a raise!

Always makes my frozen coffee with ONE pump of mocha wrong. The drink on the left is what I received. The three Dunkin’s in this area all mess my order up in this way often. It’s basically a cup of chocolate syrup with ice. The drink on the right is what it should look like which I got from a different Dunkin down the road. (Friday at 5:45 pm)

Great Dunkin’ location, the team is great and polite. No issues getting exactly what we ordered, but then again we order in the store and make sure we got what we wanted. Not sure why people take off and then complain once they realize their order was wrong.

This will be my first and last time at this location. I was placing my order and the guy taking my order just walks off and someone else walks over. I place my order and then it took about 10 min just to get two ice cream cones and know there was know one else in line. I was going to order something as well but I changed my mind after I saw how everything was going.
