Super unique, delicious options! We went close to close on a Saturday night thinking it might be empty since it’s somewhat new. It was packed! Truly a testament to how good they are! I got the Pistachio Cream Popsicle and my wife got the Ferraro Popsicle! Both amazing!! A lot of variety to choose from.
But if you are a pistachio lover like I am so worth it!! Can’t wait till they add churros to the Menu that will be great!

This was my first visit; I used the drive-thru. I told the woman who helped me that I wanted whatever she recommended for a drink. She brought me two samples of the watermelon drink, one with cream and one without. I ordered a medium-sized drink with cream- which had delicious bits of fruit. I was also welcomed with a complimentary concha, which was also fresh and delicious. The woman was patient and kind. I look forward to visiting again.

Great staff and even better snacks. Highly recommend this place. Glad they finally brought something like this to Bismarck. Pictured is a mangonada which consists of mango, mango puree, lemon, Tajín and chamoy. Tostilocos which consist of peanuts, corn, lemon, chips and chamoy. If you’re not a fan of the seeet, savory and spicy they also have fresh fruit water and ice cream.

We stopped in just before they closed, but they didn’t hesitate to serve us! The selection is amazing – absolutely anyone would be able to find something delicious here! I drive by La Michoacana quite often and I am mad at myself for not stopping by sooner. This will be my go-to spot for a treat from now on!!!

I typically avoid posting negative reviews, but I believe it’s important for business owners to understand their customers’ experiences and concerns. My recent visit to La Michoacana newly opened business in Bismarck was somewhat disappointing. The music and videos playing on the TV had messages that were not appropriate for children, making us uncomfortable. Additionally, the prices were quite high compared to similar businesses, such as la Michoacana in Minneapolis. On a positive note, the staff was polite and treated us very well.
