This place was very charming. I went for Happy Hour and it wasn’t too busy. But I did go at a time where you can’t park on the street until 7 so I randomly parked in the lot next door. Don’t get towed, so check where you can park.

I got recommended The Cure and ir was very enjoyable. It was decently strong. For food, I got the onion rings and they were so good. I ate it all! The shepherd’s pie was comforting, and it was the Happy Hour size so it was perfect! The mash potatoes were creamy and flavorful, and the beef was well seasoned as well.

The old fashion was an old fashion, but if you like a nice date spot, or meet with friends, I would recommend this place!

The Auld Fella in Brentwood is our new favorite spot. We’ve already been there a couple of times. The restaurant atmosphere is very cool. Great place to enjoy a drink at the bar or have a nice meal with our family. The staff is warm and inviting. So far, for appetizers, we’ve tried their Beer Battered Onion Rings, The Shrooms, and Buffalo Cauliflower. All were delicious. We also had their Quinoa Salad with salmon, which was the perfect summer lunch. Their Shepherd’s Pie is scrumptious. If you’re looking for an adventure, try their Chicken Curry. Yum! Our favorite though is their burger!! Pro tip: add an egg to your burger. We can’t wait to go back again and highly recommend it

pretty decent spot for the location and the vibe its going for. the bathrooms are a bit small so if anyone is really peeing or pooping the girlies might have to find a different place to do bumps.

we came with our friend’s boyfriend, who seemed to have had pretty good luck bumping into old college friends. if randomly meeting blonde girls you might have had a crush on a few years ago sounds lovely to you, def come through!

This is a new favorite spot for me. A Beverly friendly Irish pub, with great service. The burger is a killer. Highly recommended.

Visited around 1pm with five adults and one infant. The menu states a 20% gratuity for parties of six, but counting an infant toward the headcount felt inappropriate, especially with no infant accommodations offered and the bar being otherwise empty.
The gratuity amount wasn’t the issue — the lack of judgment and flexibility was.

I was quite surprised when I entered Auld Fella. The dim-lit ambiance and framed black-and-white stills of classic bands hung on walls created a nice aesthetic for the perfect date night. The owners have done well with cluttered space they had to work with.

Of the many intriguing main course options, I went with a tired and true favorite of mine, the Shepherd’s pie. It did not disappoint. That said, I was starving and partially sober, and probably could have eaten two servings of this delectable skillet of minced meat and mashed potatoes. There where no peas and carrots in this one however (though I’m not complaining!). The bangers and mash also came in a skillet, and had the prefect sweet/savory flavor with the caramelized onions and sausage. Overall, if your a meat and potato’s type of person, this is the spot for you!

My only small complaint was the service. There were two servers waiting our table at different times, and I don’t think either of them knew the other was serving us. It was a bit confusing… One was nice and the other acted like they wanted were counting down the minutes until their shift ended. I’m not usually one to complain about this, but it’s the only reason I can’t justify giving a 5 stars.

All things considered, I would certainly recommend The Auld Fella if you live in the area.

[SIDE NOTE] I think it’s hilarious when a restaurant puts on their menu “Jidori” and “wagyu” like it’s some 5 star Michelin gastronomic ingredient. We all know it’s not from Japan… but I just find that funny.

Such a great atmosphere, friendly staff w zero attitude. bartender and waiters are fun to chat and go out of there way to remember you and chat it up. Drinks are unique and food is solid, love the sliders, quinoa salad, mushroom app, yummy! Great spot to meet friends and live music some nights.
