My office had an outing at the Jersey Shore Arts Center in Neptune. It was a murder mystery show where you could bring your own food and drink. I asked an employee there to recommend a nice pizza place that I could order from. He suggested Luigi’s. Our outing was for Sunday so I went in the day before to look at the menu, meet with someone to place the order and make arrangements for pick up time. Sebastiano greeted me and showed me the catering menu and helped me pick out different pizzas, salads, desserts etc. Great, all set. He’s super friendly. I’ll see you tomorrow at 4:15 for pick up. Wait, you’re not open tomorrow? What? Noooooo… Sebastiano says they’re not open on Sundays. I ask him if he knows of any other places near by. I have one day to arrange this menu and get this food. Yikes! Then he does this. Sebastiano says “I’ll open up for you, I’ll come in just to make your food. You come at 4:15 and I’ll have it ready.” This man is amazing and went above and beyond for excellent customer service. Thank you so much Sebastiano and thank you to the help you brought in. You are so wonderful, truly. The food was delicious but you sir are outstanding and a true gentleman. Well done..You are so appreciated.

After leaving a previous five star review , I am following up with a second one star review after a horrendous experience. Before leaving this review , I contacted the restaurant by email and was ignored. A recently ordered a large chicken caesar salad and calamari. InHad been given a ten percent discount code which I applied , and it did not work no big deal. When the order was delivered, the driver was so rude.That I called the restaurant to complain about him. ThennWhen I went to consume my food , I found the chicken caesar salad to be old stale and literally not edible.

This place is fire. Always fresh, big and delicious. Ingredients look super fresh. Certain specialty slices are huge/thick and plenty to choose from. Glass shelves/casings are very clean and the pizza moves. Its doesn’t sit stagnet all day. Very busy, great Italian vibe with the music. Probably the coziest pizzeria I’ve been to. Definitely recommend this hands down for quick eats with big flavors.

It’s rare these days that you walk away from a misunderstanding with an improved view of someone. I’ve been a patron of Luigi’s for several years. Without a doubt they have the best lunch slices in the area. Last week I ordered catering for a golf outing party where I was hosting 30 guests. I asked a friend to pick up the catering from Luigi’s and he called me from the restaurant with the bad news that they had the order written down for one week later. Obviously this would have been a disaster for me. 30 golfers and no food! Rather than debate who was in the wrong or right regarding the order date. The Luigi’s staff immediately recommended that they could make the food ASAP and deliver it to my home in Bradley Beach. This is what I consider outstanding service. Thank you Luigi’s!

We spent the day yesterday in Ocean Grove, NJ. Then decided a place to eat nearby when we came across Luigi’s pizzeria and restaurant in nearby Neptune, NJ. I have to say the pizza we had was so DELICIOUS. We decided to order the 1/2 cheese and 1/2 pepperoni pie after our amazing day at the beach. The pizza was prepared freshly and had ample pepperoni and cheese. The taste was satiable and savory to the taste buds. This was the perfect spot to eat pizza. I highly recommend it!

CLOSED ON LABOR DAY!! There isn’t any message saying this when the phone number is called. There isn’t any message saying this on their website. So I placed an online order. Order went through and I was given a time for pickup. Arrived to pick up and the doors were locked, lights were out, and no activity inside. There wasn’t even a sign on the door saying they’re closed on Labor Day! I’m imagine their food is good, but we’ll never know
