Aji Tram, A new culinary experience, is a mix of flavors from various different Asian cuisines. Blending the tastes of different cultures together has resulted in our execution of a deliciously contemporary Asian fusion menu with an new-age American twist.
Casual restaurant & bar serving Pan-Asian fare with American influences in an industrial-chic space.

Visited at 3:30PM on a Saturday and was relatively unbusy. Food was decent. Wish the cocktails were a little bit better servings for how much they charged. $64 for two entrees, a bun, and one cocktail. Environment felt a little dated. For some reason playing 2000’s hits. It was good, but I don’t know if I’d go out of my way to come back.

Our family absolutely loves Aji Tram… even our picky teenage daughter can always find something she enjoys! We’ve been loyal fans for years, loving the atmosphere, the wonderful staff, and of course the consistently amazing food and drinks. We recently rented it out for my 50th birthday celebration, and I truly cannot say enough wonderful things.
The pricing for the party was incredibly reasonable, the food and drinks were exceptional (as always), and our guests couldn’t stop raving that it was one of the best parties they’d ever attended. The service was outstanding from start to finish, and working with the manager, Adam, was an absolute pleasure. He made everything seamless and supported every detail we hoped to include.
Aji Tram continues to exceed our expectations, and we look forward to making many more memories there in the years to come!

I’ve been to Aji quite a few times, and it never disappoints! The food is always flavor town!!! Chef’s kiss every time I try something different, but this time I walked in for Portland Mercury’s Weiner Week and Aji did an Asian twist on a classic Chicago Dog! It was so good we should have ordered 2! Well done!

I had a wonderful experience at this Asian fusion restaurant! The service was impeccable—our waitress was incredibly interactive, attentive, and made the dining experience even more enjoyable. The food was packed with flavor, with every bite showcasing a well-balanced mix of seasonings and fresh ingredients.
However, the portion sizes were disappointingly small for the price. While the flavors were great, the dishes felt a bit underwhelming in size. A simple addition of more vegetables, rice, or crispy noodles could help bulk up the presentation and make the meal feel more satisfying.
Overall, a great spot for flavorful dishes and excellent service, but I’d love to see them adjust portion sizes to match.

Brought some people from out of town here and I’ve never been complimented so many times for a good restaurant pick. This place is really amazing, though. The cashew chicken was to die for. I liked the short ribs a lot. Also amazing Brussels sprouts. Pretty big bar and beer selection. I’ll definitely be back.

Kind of a hip, trendy place. Food is generally good. We ordered a lot. My favorite one is the tempura shrimp, very tasty and crispy. I had the Ramen for main entree. It’s okay, not the best Ramen I’ve had. My husband likes the porkwich. The wings are slathered with too much sauce. The chicken garlic we shared, it’s very good. It wasn’t that busy, it was around 4pm, but the service was kind of slow. For the price we paid, the service doesn’t match it.
We’ll be back someday, maybe it’ll be better next time.

This spot is such a gem! I have recommended Aji Tram to friends and family to come here and they always leave happy and satisfied. My fiancé and I have dined here several times in the last 3 years for special occasions since we met and I have been here with many friends for several years. I will continue to bring new faces.
The staff are really friendly and helpful. I haven’t had a single bad experience with them. The environment is different depending on the day. It’s relaxing during brunch and electric towards the end of the day.
The food here is very delicious. My fiancé and I have tried almost everything on the menu and while we do have our go-to favorites, we have never been disappointed with other items on the menu.

We had a very nice meal here. It’s not standard Thai food. The app we tried is the salid rolls. Very good with peanut sauce. I tried a very good Tuna Poki bowl with nice veggies and rice. The other feature we had is a noodle bowl with good veggies and chicken. You select the base and select the protein. So most dishes can be made vegan.

[gluten free review]: This place has been on my list for a while – not because I heard all about it, but because I had driven by it and always wondered what it had to offer. Now, typically a Friday night is not the best time to visit a place that doesn’t take reservations, but upon arrival, we were greeted, waited in line for a few short minutes and then were seated in the bar area. (Be aware – we were just a party of 2 – families of 4-5 ppl waited around 20 min for a table).
After getting seated, we took a minute to decide on our drinks and starters. The wait staff was extremely kind and patient, but didn’t leave us hanging once. We ordered the lettuce wraps as a starter along with two of the spicy cocktails (we both tried a different one).
The chicken that was served with the lettuce wraps gave a crunchy kung-pao type of flavor and we ate those SO fast. We ended up both ordering the spicy street noodles – my partner got the beef and I got the ground pork per my waiter’s suggestion. We finished our meals and loved every bite start to finish!!
The cocktails were absolutely banging with the spicy noodles we ordered ~ the sweet, tangy, tart, spicy flavors all melded together with the tequila for a delightful and fun experience.
We’ll be back soon – but I can’t recommend coming here on a cold day to warm up with some delicious Asian fusion cuisine.
