I have been chronically pregnant for the past 2 years and my primary craving is McAlister’s. There’s literally nothing on the menu I don’t love. I am such an ardent fan, I’ll be checking the menu when the seasons change to see what the new special will be. McAlister’s in Petal is the #1 place to eat in this town, not just for great food consistently but they NEVER get my order wrong unlike literally every other establishment in Petal. I had sworn off of patronizing Petal businesses because of this until I discovered McAlister’s gets it right 100% of the time. I’ve ordered here so much they’ve started writing me appreciation notes in my to-go bag like a mom who says “have a great day” on a post it and leaves it in your lunchbox. Idk if this is a passive aggressive way of saying “stop stalking us” or a genuine appreciation for my business. Either way, this is my last pregnancy and I’ve got 6 months to go so you’re not getting rid of me anytime soon babes

I don’t have a complaint about the food or service but I do think the music volume should be decreased. I felt like the music was hollering at me, especially with the extra noisey staff. It’s not normally like this . They need to limit their talking to inside voices! Otherwise, I’ll always be back!

I ordered online for pick up at 5 pm. My food was ready but my sandwich only had one slice of turkey on it and barely covered half of the bread and the pecan berry salad did not have any berries on it. Really disappointed with the quality of my food at this location.

This McAlisters is really good and super clean. Great staff too. Their food is ALWAYS consistently so delish!
We got a veggie potato and a chicken sandwich…yum… They have excellent service & as usual I had to go to the bathroom and it was nice and clean.

I feel like I got the kids menu or something. I’ve ordered here many times never got such a tiny sandwich. And the broccoli cheddar soup was very watery not one piece of broccoli in it just tiny …won’t order this again

Ordered the choose 2 and got 2 salads. Intended for this to be dinner tonight and lunch tomorrow; as I’ve done many times before. Instead of 2 separate salads, I got both salads (different types of salads btw) combined in the same to-go plate. WTH

Service was on point. Staff was very friendly. Food was fresh!! The lady at the counter was super friendly. My son wanted a Turkey cookie(a display they had for Thanksgiving catering). She went out of her way and decorated his chocolate chip cookie for him. We will definitely be back just because of the service!
