Jersey Mikes is delicious. We all know that. I am writing a review for this particular Jersey Mikes restaurant because of the friendly staff.
We came into the store at closing time and the sandwich builders were incredibly helpful, friendly, and generous.
I will surely return to this store and I hope that I will be greeted by the same friendly bread-splitting craftsmen that made my initial visit so special.

I was waiting on an order and it was several minutes before shift change and the person assisting me just stopped, clocked out and walked out the door. She didn’t say anything to anyone about my order. I ended up waiting 10 more minutes to get my order correct.

If I rate lower I would! The customer service that the children who work here have are horrible. It’s extremely worth the trip to James island location for the customer service and experience and the fact the sandwich artist listens and doesn’t rush you to tell you what you want on your sandwich! It’s not rocket science to make a sandwich

2nd time in a row they got my online order wrong. Not sure if they even read the order. Ordered a club no Onions no mayo. Got onions, mayo, left off oil and vinegar and wrong bread that was so stale could not eat top half. Won’t go back!

Ordered a mobile order with three subs, picked up via the golf cart and drove home. When unpackaging, realized one of the subs was wrong size and wrong bread. Called the shop and talked with 2 different employees who refused to make the situation right. I’ve been a long time, repeat customer at multiple locations and very disappointed with this poor customer service. The owner/franchisee should take a second look at their customer service policies. 0 stars
